The treadmill has a solid, sturdy frame and a digital display that shows your speed (MPH), calories burned, distance, and features an adjustable incline. I also really like the built-in pulse handles for monitoring my heart rate during workouts. One of my favorite features is that it folds up easily when not in use, making it perfect for saving space.
