Hazmat Modine - Bahamut - COMPACT DISCS [CD]

Hazmat Modine has been around for a long time. Seasoned storytellers and musical virtuosos, they are back with new album entitled Bonfire. For the band, the word InchbonfireInch evokes the idea of purification, of disposal, and of renewal. These songs were written and arranged during long, dark months, in a city both desolate and courageous. Much of the music was honed and perfected in impromptu pop-up shows in New York City's Central Park. This took the band back to their artistic foundations. Bonfire at once reaches back in time and zooms forward to the present, finding Hazmat Modine at their most mature, simple, and sophisticated. It's an album for the time capsule of a vanishing culture. A musical tome worthy of Walt Whitman, Bonfire finds Hazmat Modine at their most mature, simple, and sophisticated-with the wisdom of their many years of making music and traveling the world. It's a record for the time capsule of a vanishing culture. Album Tracks 1. Give It All Away 2. Garden of Grievance 3. Late at Night 4. Sharpening Knives 5. Smokebush 6. Paulina 7. Too Fat to Fly 8.
