I'm extremely satisfied with this vacuum cleaner! The build quality feels solid and well-made. What impressed me the most is the suction power. It picks up dust, debris, and especially pet hair effortlessly. I have a cat, and this vacuum handles all the shedding with no problem—it cleans both hard floors and carpets very effectively. Overall, it’s powerful, easy to use, and great for pet owners.

I normally don't leave reviews but felt compelled to this time. The first thing I noticed is that it was top heavy, more than the last stick vac I owned. It doesn't pick up well. Had to go over specks of dirt a couple times in different directions before it picked up. My return window might be up but I am going to try to return it anyway. I would not recommend this stick vac.

I used it once. Tried to recharge, been at it for 3 days. I have moved it around, disconnected and reconnected. No difference. Also the fins on the head are felt type bristles and not durable so it has a harder time picking up heavier type items. I will be returning this.

I got this product to use on hardwood floors and have multiple dogs. I find it easy to use and gets all the hair up
