The heating is mediocre. The massage modes and different intensities are perfect if your feet are killing you from running.

I work from home and I purchased the Homedics Shiatsu + air 3.0 foot massager with heat to help with my sore feet while I work. Overall, it works good and I really like how compact this unit is. If you're looking for a compact and affordable foot massager, I highly recommend you give this unit a shot.

This is a decent massager, but it doesn't go all the way into the arch of your foot and it definitely does not massage the heel of your foot. If you're looking just for the balls of your feet to be massaged then this is the machine for you.

The heating and max pressure can take a while to reach their peak especially in the wintertime but it definitely does the job.

Product did not fit my feet properly so had to return. My shoe size is 10.5, so not exceptionally large. This product was returned.
