Works right out of the box and comes with many throttle types. I taped on a colored pencil to stop the throttle from going down into the detent (because I fly boeing), but it was not a big deal. Quality is good, and the lights work for the landing gear. The parking brake handle is cool, you pull it out and turn it. The throttles have working toga buttons and thrust reversers. (thrust levers are registered as buttons and are not variable including the reverse detent in the trottle). It's pretty long, I personally don't see why it needs to be this long but im not a throttle quadrant designer.
