Customer Ratings & Reviews

Great suction power. It’s effective in both carpet and hardwood floors. It is a little on the heavy side, which makes it slightly a nuisance to carry up and down stairs. It does not glide around tight spaces, but it comes with a variety of attachments to facilitate cleaning in those tight or difficult to reach locations. It’s bagless, which makes it easy to dump the debris and dirt. Bottom line, if powerful suction that works equally well on carpeting and hard flooring is your main concern then this vacuum is for you. Price wise, it’s worth it.

The suction is great but it is heavy and big. Great for the price for a second sweeper

This is an amazing vacuum but it is really loud. I used it on a carpet I had vacuumed the week before and couldn’t believe how much more it got up. It’s light weight and moves easily. I wear my ear plugs now when I vacuum.

This is my second windtunnel. The first one was the model with the reel to pull automatically the power cable, but this model has a larger tank instead of the auto reel. I personally like the reel more than a larger tank. The windtunnel vacuums work or worked great on carpet with hairy dogs and they work ok on hard floors. I had to replaced my first windtunnel because the roller under the vacuum stopped working correctly; the roller is completely made of plastic and the belt that moves the roller wore out the roller. So the first vacuum worked for around 2 years cleaning around 800ft2 of carpet.

Great value. Easy to use and clean with. Attachments work well. Relatively quiet for a vacuum and has a long cord to clean multiple rooms on one plug.

Have a dyson stick vac for quick jobs, bought this to do the bulk of work, went over an area (carpeted) that was done very recently with other vac and what came up was shocking. Not knocking the dyson, just doesnt have the same power as this vac on carpet. Right tool for right job i guess. It is a bit loud as some of the other reviewers have noted.

This vac offers a good basic unit at an equally great price. Being a pet family, we do a good deal of vacuuming. We've had a few different makes and models over the years; this one does a great job. It's very easy to use, operate, and clean out. Nothing fancy here, but all the standard attachments, which function just fine. Overall, very pleased and would def recommend.

I bought this for my apartment because it has carpet in the rooms. It was for the deal of the day, so I got it for pretty cheap! It traps a lot of dust and hair, which is what I need. My only little con is that it's a bit louder I am used to. It is really easy to assemble and use.

This is a good vacuum and does the job very well. the only issue i have with this unit is that it is noisy. could never figure out why it is so loud

I used few times since bought it and for low carpet is great. Even vacuum dust from old carpet, which is great. It has good suction power. Only bad thing for now is little bit too loud...

The vac does a great job of picking up on carpet and hard floors but is very noisy and rattles like something is loose inside.

I have 4 dogs from Rottweiler to German Shepard. Lotsa fur. Needed a large capacity and good suction. Also easy to clean which is nice.

Really good suction. Great on carpet or hard wood floors. only negative is that it can be messy to clean out canister.

I purchased this vacuum at half off, so for me it was a good deal - would not be worth it at full price. It does what I need it to do, which is mainly vacuum dog hair off my couch. (I have a eufy that takes care of my floor needs.) Has a strong suction which is what I wanted. However, someone looking for a vacuum for more regular, daily use I would not recommend. The cord pulls out of the wall VERY easily (two pronged instead of three), the hose is short, and does not expand well, and the smaller tool it came with does not stay attached. (I bought different attachment on amazon) If I had to use this vacuum regularly, or to vacuum an entire house I think I would become very frustrated. But if you need a cheap here and there vacuum it gets the job done.

The suction on this vacuum is the best I have ever seen in a vacuum.I would highly recommend this vacuum. It is very affordable and preforms very well!

We've been in need of a decent vacuum and have tried the super expensive brands and the cheaper brands. All of the break the same way around the same time. Things feel a bit different with this Hoover and I'm excited for it. Would definitely recommend to friends.

I got this item on sale, which is why I certainly think it was a good buy! It is a very noisy device though, I read it in a few reviews and hesitated a bit. If the noise level doesn't bother you, then this does a very good job picking up pet hair.

Cleans good but it could be easier to use. It is very loud and noisy.

Hoover has always been my favorite brand. Vacuum works great but is a little loud

The best vacuum I ever had.could not believe how much it picked up and how easy it is to push. I would definitely recommend
