working great for what i need love the color of it

It has good battery life but it overheats easily and doesn’t have good storage

Pretty fast for something with only 4GB of RAM and a 128 GB UHD! I wouldn't try it for serious games, but watching videos is just fine. I have MS Office installed and everything works as well as it does on my 32 GB machine. The only limitation is that it's running in Windows S-Mode which is a sleeker version of Windows. It's made to be lighter weight for computers like these. The only drawback is that it requires all software to be downloaded from the MS Store. You CAN take the computer out of S-Mode, but you cannot put it BACK into S-Mode. I'm running in S-Mode for now. I'm quite happy with it for standard office use and Internet browsing. And it cost only $200!!!

It's a pc, this is true, but the ssd is limited and not upgradeable; it's kinda slow; and no buttons on the touchpad.

It adapts perfectly for my personal use, responsiveness in speed, good image and battery usage time.

I like the portability of the laptop. Easy to use and sufficient for my kids needs.

Works well for what I need it to do. Does not have lots of processing power but gets the job done.

One complaint.. its a laptop that you cant put on your lap for long..it gets hot..battery life is great though.. you've been warned.. see for yourself..

I am very pleased with the HP laptop that I purchased at Best Buy. It was exactly what I needed at the price that fit my budget. It has all the features I need to do my bill paying tasks as well as the occasional word and excel tasks.

The computer is exactly what what it was supposed to be! I am using the computer to go to school and for my small business it has everything I could possibly need thank you HP!

The color is perfect and sweet, is very faster and easly to use, the power charge have a lot of time, I can use for 12 hours and have charge . Very good product
