Do not buy this laptop. It stated it had a backlit key pad. It sat in the box probably for two weeks, other than opening it to make sure it was not damaged. It’s stated it had a number keypad. It was touchscreen and it also had the back keypad. I had my HP laptop for about six years. It was time for an upgrade upgrade meaning I want better and different things than what I already have. My laptop previously was probably $300. And now it’s tripled in price. I am so upset they would not refund or exchange just to get me what I want/ need. Almost $900 for a laptop that doesn’t even come with the features that stated. Definitely do not buy from electronic express. Here, I am stuck with the laptop that doesn’t even have the functions that I need or want and was stated that it had.
