I am very satisfied with my 17.3-inch HP laptop. I'm pretty satisfied with this purchase so far. I've had it 12 days and it seems to be running pretty smoothly for the $558 price for an open box 17.3" 1 TB SSD 16GB intel i7 processor computer. The pros: plenty of storage, reasonably smooth processor. Good for running multiple business applications. Similar experience to the last laptop I had with the same specs. Cons: short battery life. If I squeeze, I can get 4 hrs of use out of it. Nowhere near 10 hrs! The camera is grainy and dim in virtual meeting applications. It's made of pretty cheap materials. The outside of the case isn't has a lot of give and isn't very hard to you'll need to be EXTREMELY careful with it, the text is already starting to wear off of the keys. I wish it had 2 USB C type ports, but there's only one which makes it harder to complete fast drive to drive video transfer. Other than that it's not bad. The last open box I bought from Best Buy I had to bring back and send back to ASUS for repair. Keeping my fingers crossed for this HP.

I’m very happy with this laptop. The screen is large and clear, which makes it comfortable for studying, watching videos, and working on school projects. The laptop feels fast, opens programs smoothly, and has enough power for everyday use and some gaming. The keyboard is comfortable, the design looks nice, and overall it feels like a very good value for the price. I would definitely recommend it to students or anyone who needs a reliable laptop with a big screen.

So far so good, computer is working great. We love the large screen and the wife loves the key board. The only thing we miss is there is no SD card slot.

This replaced my 2021 HP laptop that has a pink screen(which would have been to expensive to diagnose/repair. So far so good. I use it for emails, having multiples tabs and browsers open. The screen is nice as the one I had was only 720p. The newer processor, ram, and ssd was a huge boost.

Great, compact and high speed laptop. I had an older version and was in love with it so we needed an extra laptop and decided to get the exact same one. Instead we got this newer version which I simply couldn´t be more happy with. I am convinced HP takes improvements seriously.

I am an award winning author and my laptop died. I really wanted the same size newer model for $1,000, but my budget made me get this one. And surprisingly it is everything I truly needed to access my manuscripts. The keyboard is very easy to use which is a must. Not sure what the expensive one has that this one doesn't. My next novel will be great using this laptop.

I love this laptop. Extremely fast boot times. Great image quality. I have yet to be able to slow this laptop down. I would recommend it to anyome.
