This was the first refurbished laptop I purchased from Best Buy/JoySystems and I was impressed. It was clean, fast, and I never had an issue. I would very much recommend their refurbished laptops!

Excellent pc. It arrived ahead of shedule. It was packaged perfectly. Joy Systems had windows preloaded and start-up was fast and simple

Honestly, this laptop is really good for a refurbished laptop. I was extremely impressed with the packaging. The It came vacuum, sealed, and there was no way it could’ve been damaged as far as scratching goes through delivery. I love the security of a fingerprint reader, the touchscreen and the ease of setting up the laptop. I’m coming from iOS and I needed a second laptop with windows, and I am extremely pleased with my purchase.

Good value for the price. Very good for daily tasks, but might come obsolete for gaming soon. I should have paid attention to whether the OS could be updated though

Works great, runs Win10 but not upgradeable to Windows 11.

This refurbished laptop is perfect for personal use! It's a nice size for being both compact and portable but also large enough for a nice viewing area. Laptop also arrived sooner than expected, and it's working great. Highly recommend!

This computer even though it was refurbished, it looks brand new with little but not too bad smell scratches on the corner.

This has been a great family computer for us and our teenage boys.

Needs additional work. Tech downloaded outlook .BAK file can't open. Original email folders lost - fix needed.
