Q: What is the different between Envy 7640 and 7643??
A: same question I asked when I walked in to the bestbuy store. I was looking for the 7640 which they don't have. The rep pointed at the 7643. He says it is essentially a rebranded 7640.
Q: what type of toner for this model
A: No toner, ink cartridges
A: Dear Wondering; I did some research, too, and did not find much information on it. The way to look at it is this model goes along with the HP Envy 7600 series; this means that they all work alike, they all have the same functions, etc. In my professional dealings with this model, selling it, and setting it up, it works great, prints fast, and it is easy to set up. It only uses 2 cartridges, so you'll be saving some $$$. I would buy it again. Best of luck.
A: I'm pretty sure if you want to print a two-sided document, it will do it without having to put the paper in again. The copy comes out about half way, then goes back in to print the other side.
Q: Why does this printer only have a one star rating?
A: Because it is only based on one (1) reviewer. Since it is a new item, there's not much people who have tried it yet.

A: Lift up the glass scanner from right corner. You will find the ink cartridge tray on right side
