I've had the printer for 3 weeks, and it performs well so far. I rarely use color, but printing quality is as expected. I only print documents and mailing labels, no photo printing so I can't review on that. Size is larger than I need but performs well. I would recommend if needed for occasional printing. Ink cartridges that came with the printer are not full cartridges but enough to get you through order time for new ones. Ive printed less than 25 docs so far, I did order new cartridges to have on hand. I did not do the autoship program, just bought them myself. The wifi connected easily, and I did not experience the same issues with connectivity that others expressed. Ive been able to print from all my devices, desktop computer and laptop are connected through HP Smart, 2 cell phones and 2 tablets as well, one that is old and has no updates or support is also connected to printer and prints easily. I have no complaints and it works well for my needs.

After much research and review reading I settled on this printer. Now I will say that it's a little bigger than I initially anticipated. However I really appreciate it. It's wireless first off, which means less wires connecting and getting in the way. I can even print from my phone which is awesome. The initial setup did take me a while but after that its just click click and done. One really nice thing about this printer is the loading tray and lead for when the paper is coming out. First off it loads from the back in a vertical direction. That sounds like it would take a lot of upward space but I can assure you it does not. Also I like how the ending tray for when the printed paper comes out folds away. For my personal purposes I think it's perfect as I print a few papers a week. receipts, forms and other personal things I like to have a hard copy for. This doesn't seem like it would be ideal for a business though. Overall I would highly recommend for someone to have at home. it's a simple and lovely addition that keeps me organized in my paper work. Also should add that you can print even if you are not on the same wifi as the printer so long as you connect to the printer by linking your email with google cloud print as thats what I use.

This printer is easy to operate.Works very well. Just download the app in my iphone and I can print anything I want. Awesome

I went thru several printers before I finally found one that worked well. The only downfall is that if one of the inks go out, you have to replace it before any of the others will work.

So far great product. Easy to set up and I already had hpink account so only had to add new printer and it came with 4 months free ink package. No payment until Aug. 2020 for ink plan. Very quiet when printing not so quite when scanning or using document feeder, but much faster than old hp printer. Great price for printer, copy, scanner,fax, and web product.

I think it’s a great printer and such affordable price. It connects with my home internet service .

My inexpensive HP Officejet 3830 Wireless All-In-One Printer is amazingly fast, excellent resolution: 4800 x 1200 dpi color and 1200 x 1200 dpi black only and it's built-in Wi-Fi connects to your computer, smartphone, tablet and other mobile devices. It's standard paper capacity is 60 sheets in and 25 sheets out and a 35 sheet auto doc feeder. It can print 2-sided docs/photos, scan docs/photos, copy and print photos, and send faxes quickly. A 2.2" Mono Touch Screen lets you choose settings manually, as well as, from your computer. It has a High Speed USB Port for connecting to a non wireless computer, camera, etc. I purchased it in early May 2018 and I am still using the ink cartridges (1-tricolor and 1-black) that came with it! Min PC requirements are Windows 7, 1.0GHz 32-bit or 64-bit processor, 2GB hard disk space, CD-ROM/DVD or Internet connection and MS Explorer 8. Lastly, it has a sleep mode for power saving.

I can now fax, copy and print my emails and documents from home and don't have to use my jobs own

I love this printer is super easy to use and compact I prints super fast I give it an A++.

-Sharp printing -Design is odd with recessed areas making it easy for spiders to hide! -Jams half the time even with their paper! -No problem with wireless jobs to print -Directions are difficult to understand! -Convenient paper catch is NOT a common sense design at all! -VERY hard to load/unload cartridges!

The print quality is great. It prints slow but I don’t need it a lot or for anything instantaneous. It sits on my desk and sleeps until I need it then wakes up and prints the document I send to it. It is absolutely fine for what I need and for what I paid.

This wireless printer has been a huge help to me while working from home. It prints very fast and the print quality is nice & clean. It was easy to connect to my smartphone and very user friendly. So far no problems with it.

This is a great printer with a very affordable price. I have bought and used a lot of printers in the last 30 years and the setup has always been the hardest part of the whole thing. This printer is wireless and the setup was a breeze. The total setup was done in less than 10 minutes and I didn't even have to hook it up to my computer or install anything. It did everything thru the wifi and worked the first time.

Printer sets up really easy. Connects to the internet easy also. HP has a ink replacement program that saves time and money. Highly recommended.

Printer is great and the set up was easy but this particular printer should come with print cable even though it’s wireless printer. I had to buy one.

I broke my older 4 in 1 printer that was 10 years old and obviously needed to replace it. HP has always been very reliable except for older driver support. However, for the price and a $15 recyclable credit, I'm very pleased with my new all in one printer. I haven't printed a lot in color but what I have has been very good. Depends on the paper. The ink feature still has me a bit perplexed but for a small monthly fee based on the number of pages I'm printing should more than make up for the cost of ink cartridges. To summarize: I'm pleased with my purchase.
