Customer Ratings & Reviews

I’ve been using the HP OMEN 25L with the Intel Core i7-14700F and RTX 4060 Ti for a few weeks, and it’s awesome. It runs easily all my games or 3D design software. The 32GB of DDR5 RAM makes multitasking smooth, and the 2TB SSD seems huge. The Snow White design looks really clean, and the RGB lighting is easy to customize. It’s quiet and stays cool, even during long gaming and working sessions. The downsides? The keyboard and mouse it comes with feel cheap, and there’s some bloatware I had to uninstall. Overall, it’s a great pre-built if you want a powerful, ready-to-go gaming PC without the hassle of building one.

The HP OMEN 25L Gaming Desktop with the Intel Core i7-14700F and 32GB of DDR5 memory is a true game-changer. From the moment I powered it on, I could tell that this machine was built to deliver top-tier performance. The NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 Ti renders stunning visuals with ease, allowing me to enjoy silky-smooth frame rates in the latest AAA titles, all while maintaining crisp, detailed graphics. Thanks to the speedy 2TB SSD, load times have practically vanished, and juggling multiple applications at once feels effortless. The Snow White chassis looks incredible—elegant, modern, and a real conversation starter. The side panel window and customizable RGB lighting show off the powerful internals without feeling over-the-top. It’s a perfect blend of style and substance, especially if you’re upgrading from a more basic setup. In addition to stellar in-game performance, this OMEN desktop handles everything else I throw at it, from resource-intensive creative projects to heavy multitasking. It’s clear that this PC is built not just for today’s demands, but also to stay relevant for years to come. If you’re looking for a beautiful, powerful, and future-proofed gaming rig, this is it.

This was a great purchases for me. Quiet, colorful, alots of memories. Fast, ssd great. Its can rm fornite without any problem. Multitasking have no lagging. Can gaming at 1440p resoution. This was GREAT AMAZINGLY BUY. ITS A BEAST..

Worth every penny! Works super well and haven't had any issues. Super quite, super sleek design and has no heating issues what so ever

Was a great PC, but the 4060 is a bit underwhelming when it comes to performance compared to the 3060 12gb and the 4070. I ended up returning it because I found another prebuilt with a 4070 at the time for the same price. VRAM plays a huge roll on high graphics, the 4060 does not provide like the 3060 does, so it was falling in fps on high graphics. This is a great starter computer though, so I'd recommend it on sale. You can always upgrade in the future and it will run most games with no issue. The only game i play that it would struggle on, even with low graphics, is Gray Zone Warfare.

After a couple weeks of some pretty hardcore price-comparing between Best Buy, Newegg and other stores - new and used - I finally decided to get the HP OMEN. I needed this primarily for video editing (music & promo videos). It was on sale (I think $300 off) and for the specs I needed, this price beat out most options, including a 4000 series RTX GPU, lots of RAM, decent SSD storage, among others. So far, it has made my old computer look pathetic. Not saying everything is lightning speed, but so far it runs Camtasia reasonably well (with a decent-sized complex project). I loaded a few other video editing apps and found they run fine (Davinci Resolve, VideoLAN, Handbrake) - although I havent tested large, complicated projects on them. All in all, though, after a few weeks of editing in Camtasia, I am satisfied with the purchase. I get annoyed that McAfee is the default security software (not Windows defender) because I'll have to take that off & replace it sooner or later. Hence the 4 stars. The slowly changing rainbow lights & clear siding are a pretty slick feature. Some may find that annoying. But for me, it's like having a pet ET by my side, while I edit videos, mostly about rock in outer space. Fitting :)

Honestly blown away! usually I never would get a prebuilt but with these specs I was like, why not? So I came in with pretty low hopes but this baby runs fast! Generates amazingly 3D wise and is just a power house! Was budget friendly and overall amazing. Would buy again in a heart-beat!

What a great Desktop PC. I mainly use for my work at home and the performance is top. Just what I was really looking for. No lagging when it comes to the use of the internet videos or streaming. Great performance, that's all I can resume this beast.

Amazing gaming PC. Started streaming and it handles both streaming and gaming flawlessly. It’s also a beautiful set up. Highly recommend.

This computer SCREAMS! I am not a gamer but when I saw all the features and price for this computer at Best Buy, I had to buy it. In fact, I was on the phone with my business coach and he was telling me what I should get for my business and as he was telling me, I looked this up on the BEST BUY website and he couldnt believe the value. He thought I was missing something. He told me after our call he had to take a walk and ask himself, if it was something he needed to buy or something he wanted to buy. He decided on the latter but was very excited with my purchase!

I bought this to handle video editing on premiere. My hp envy laptop is great but was struggling with its 16 GB of RAM. This comes with 32 and is expandable all the way to 128. Things have been extremely smooth working with 4k video with lots of effects on this beast of a machine.

So far has exceeded expectations. Fast and quiet. No complaints

So far this things is a perfect replacement for a previous 8 year old lower spec AIO desktop.. Love the HP Omen brand although I'm responding 1 TB SSD not 2 TB SSD when I pull up the my computer info. Is there something I'm missing or not understanding?

My first PC and I love it! It is quiet and I love that it’s white.

Purchased as open box. Only defect found was a smudge on the glass. Perfect PC for casual gaming. Its fast, very quiet and build quality is there. Only thing I had to do was turn it on and partition some storage. It looks really nice as well.

I bought this as open box and this PC is mind blowing, i have read lot of bad comments and genuinely i dont understand ppl with those issues since this PC has been doing greeat for past 2 months...

This gaming PC can run most current-gen games rather well. It also performs most other PC functions well. The included keyboard and mouse are also serviceable, though you may want to get another mouse at some point. Overall, I'm satisfied with this PC

Have had it for about a month now and it’s been great for any game that I’ve played on it! Got it for $1200 which was about the same I was going to spend to build one. Great purchase!

This is my first gaming PC after being a long-time PlayStation user. I’ve been using it for a few months now and don’t think I’ve turned on my PlayStation once since I bought this PC. It runs all of my favorite first person shooter games with no issues as long as I optimize them, and indie games are a breeze.

Good PC runs pretty good for the price this is my starting desktop and I’m looking foreword to working off the pre-built in the future overall very solid choice
