Customer Ratings & Reviews

I truly love my HP laptop because it has made my daily life so much easier. It is fast, reliable, and very easy to use, whether I am working, studying, or simply enjoying my favorite videos online. The design is beautiful, the screen looks amazing, and the battery lasts long enough to keep up with my busy day. It has been such a helpful and dependable device, and I am very grateful to have it.

I love this laptop! The processor allows for zoom transitions of many open applications and programs. The touch screen is precise and instantly reactive. The color is extremely vibrant. And the Battery life is better than any other laptop I’ve had in the past!

I love how the computer is so fast and can do everything that i need it too

The laptop is fast and responsive, and boots up quickly, as well. Solid RAM and storage for the price point (bought on sale @$500). Overall, very pleased with the purchase.

So far it has been great for what i have needed it for. School hasnt started full force yet but im confident it will serve me well

Just started college and this laptop is great for it! Copilot makes navigating things easier and has plenty of storage for all my work!

I always but hp. And this laptop is top of the line. I love it. I use it for work and its light to carry

Very nice computer, runs things smoothly although I wouldn’t recommend for gaming

This was the first laptop I’ve bought on my own, and I think it was the prefect investment! Very easy to use, reliable, charging is fast and lasts for awhile I would highly recommend this product for school, business or gaming, the graphics are amazing!

Was eyeing this laptop for a regular day 2 day usage. Hasn't disappointed. Touch screen works well and overall the laptop is sufficiently capable for regular tasks and minor gaming.

I love my new laptop it’s so convenient and runs smoothly so far i have no issues other than the battery not lasting very long. The screen quality is great and the camera is nice too.

This is super light but durable. Better than expected

Purchased 10/6/25, and the keyboard letters are wearing off. Setting up my QuickBooks was so difficult that I don't want to return and set up another computer. will have to purchase a Bluetooth keyboard. Not impressed with Copilot or the touchscreen.

I’ve been very pleased with the HP OmniBook 3 Copilot+ PC overall. Performance is excellent for everyday work and multitasking—the AMD Ryzen 5 AI 330 handles productivity apps, browsing, and light creative tasks smoothly, and the 16GB of memory makes everything feel responsive. The 512GB SSD provides fast boot times and plenty of storage, and the Copilot+ features add a genuinely helpful layer for productivity. The 15.6" Full HD touchscreen is a standout. It’s bright, clear, and responsive, making it great for both work and casual use. Battery life has also been solid, easily lasting through a full workday, and the Glacier Silver design looks clean and modern. That said, the trackpad is the one noticeable downside. It tends to stick at times and feels cheaply made compared to the rest of the laptop. It works, but it doesn’t match the otherwise premium experience and could be improved in future versions. Overall, this is a strong, capable laptop with excellent performance and display quality. If HP addresses the trackpad issue, it would be an outstanding option in its class.

I love this laptop. It’s very user friendly for a person that isn’t tech savvy. The sleek design, touch screen and battery life are beneficial and practical for study work. The affordable price for the quality is unmatched. I’m so happy with my purchase.

This HP laptop is a replacement for my old HP laptop. It works great and has all the features I need and is a very easy to use and fast and great battery life.

Does what it’s supposed to do. Plus so much more. It’s clean, lite and the screen is large.

I love the overall performance and the size. Favorite is the touchscreen

Great computer. Fast and easy to use. Great performance for the price.

Only have used for a few days, but so far so good. I previously had a Lenovo and accidentally downloaded windows 10 to a windows 8 platform thus instantly destroying it. Love the touchscreen and bio features. Screen is smaller than I'm used to, but it's working great so far. Not a technical person as you can surmise so cannot vouche for specifics. My nephew picked this out for me as he is in an IT role.
