Customer Ratings & Reviews

I bought this laptop for everyday multitasking, and it has exceeded my expectations. The 16" 2K touchscreen is beautiful and offers plenty of workspace, which is perfect for having multiple windows open at once. The Intel Core Ultra 7 processor makes everything run fast and snappy, and I haven't noticed any lag even with dozens of tabs open. Battery life easily gets me through a full workday without hunting for an outlet. 16GB of RAM feels like the perfect sweet spot for performance. Highly recommend if you want a reliable, large-screen laptop that doesn't weigh a ton!

I've had an HP laptop from about 3 years ago and was looking for another one because i gave mine to my mom. I looked at everything that Best Buy had and was looking at a slightly cheaper Acer model, but this one was on sale so I went with the HP. I have never had a 16" screen... always had 15.6" and while it's a small difference in size, the larger screen is nice. The screen is bright and I like that there is only a small bezel around it which keeps the overall size of the unit as small as possible. The performance of the unit seems fine. I don't do any heavy graphics work, so I can't fully comment on its speed. Battery life seems good. I have the screen brightness turned up and I get about 4 hours of use. If I'm watching Netflix I get less...I think it drops to about 3 hours. Perhaps the best part is the anti-glare screen. I haven't had one in a long time and I really like having that. Doing a side by side comparison with my older HP which does not have anti-glare really makes you appreciate the anti-glare feature. It's a nice bonus. I included a side-by-side comparison picture in this review with my Chromebook's screen so you can see the difference. The build of the unit is a little bit flimsy. It can be flexed a little bit, so my guess is that there's a decent amount of plastic as part of its construction. I will say that I really like the exterior color and finish on the outside. It has a great feeling to it and doesn't show any fingerprints. Lastly, the keyboard is a little lacking in feel. Im not sure how to describe it, but the feel of the key presses is perhaps a tiny bit squishy. It was better feeling after I got used to it. The biggest feature that is lacking that i really miss is a backlit keyboard. My previous HP didn't have this, but my Chromebook does. I seriously considered not getting this laptop because it lacked the backlight, but in the end I figured I've been using my previous laptop without it and there were enough reasons to compensate for the lack of a backlit keyboard. If this unit had a backlit keyboard, had a slightly better feel to the keys and was perhaps a little bit stiffer, I would have given it 5 stars. If these aren't that important to you, then this would be a 5 star unit...especially if you get it on sale.

I am very happy I purchased the HP OmniBook 3 laptop. The 16-inch 2K touchscreen is large, clear, and responsive, making it easy to complete schoolwork, browse the internet, attend virtual meetings, and watch videos. The Intel Core Ultra 7 processor and 16GB of memory provide fast and smooth performance, even when I have several applications open. The 512GB SSD provides good storage space and allows the computer to start quickly. I also appreciate the large screen because it makes reading, typing assignments, and multitasking much more comfortable. Overall, this is a dependable and user-friendly laptop. I would recommend it to students, professionals, and anyone looking for a fast computer with a large touchscreen. Happy Customer !!!

Lightweight with touchscreen No Ethernet connection connector Works for personal laptop but not as a technical work device to work on other electronics

Is refurnished and I got it really ship and is amazing computer

It does everything I need it to do .would buy again

Replaces my previous HP Envy and was easy to transition to.

The computer is easy to set up and use. When I signed in all my info had transferred over

Fantastic product. Has great battery life for starters, runs all my stat programs beautifully, and is easier to learn how to use. I used to have a mac and recently made the switch. 0 regrets. Zoom works better. My headphones don't have that strange audio issue. It does not randomly shut down like mac. I regret not switching earlier. The screen is way bigger then I am used to but honestly a much needed upgraded. I didn't think I would enjoy that but I do! Additionally, the keyboard works great. Keys don't stick at all. Size and weight is just fine for me. Not too heavy!!

I’m very happy with this purchase. The laptop is fast, lightweight, and the 2K touchscreen looks amazing. The Intel Core Ultra 7 processor and 16GB of RAM handle multitasking with ease. It starts up quickly, the keyboard is comfortable, and the battery life is great. It’s perfect for work, studying, and everyday use. It is not recommended for very heavy games and videos because it has a 512 GB SSD processor.

I’ve been extremely impressed with the HP OmniBook 3 16” 2K Touchscreen Laptop. The large 16-inch 2K touchscreen is one of my favorite features because the display is sharp, bright, and provides plenty of space for multitasking, watching videos, and working on projects. The Intel Core Ultra 7 (2025) processor combined with 16GB of memory makes everything feel smooth and responsive, even when I have multiple applications and browser tabs open. The 512GB SSD provides plenty of storage while also making startup and file access feel very fast. I also really like the sleek Mica Silver design—it looks professional without being boring, and the laptop feels like a great balance between performance and portability. Overall, this has been a fantastic laptop for productivity, school, entertainment, and everyday tasks. The combination of the 2K touchscreen, powerful processor, 16GB RAM, fast SSD, and premium-looking design makes it a laptop I would definitely recommend. Great performance, great display, and excellent overall experience!

I bought this computer, not only for myself but also for my disabled daughter to use. This laptop is so much different than my last one. New technology is a big reason, but to be able to have a touchscreen, really long battery use and remarkable software. It is lightweight and easy to use. Im hoping it will work for me to do a job at my home. Im excited about learning more about it features!

It’s a great laptop. Its fast has an I7 CPU and DDR5 ram. I am not doing anything too crazy with this laptop as a have a personal PC Tower but it’s fantastic for what I use it for. It runs programs quite fast for a laptop. It is a relatively hardware heavy laptop, so it makes sense. One thing is that the exterior of the laptop is relatively cheap plastic, and HP is known to have hinge problems. I'm careful with it so it shouldn't be a problem (open from the center of screen). With all the hardware on this PC they had to cheap out on something and that was the exterior and hinge. Lastly, they did not cheap out on the keyboard and that's Important to me, I like this keyboard. It’s also nice that I can remote into my PC when away from home if I need some serious computing power on the go, but this requires a solid connection at my remote location. All and all, the OMNIBOOK 3 is a solid compact laptop that packs a punch. I got it at a serious discount, I would recommend waiting to get a laptop like this until the back-to-school season or during the holidays. They discount laptops like this often.

The HP OmniBook 3 delivers fast performance with its Intel Core Ultra 7 processor, a sharp 2K touchscreen, and enough memory to handle multitasking smoothly. Its sleek design, responsive display, and reliable battery life make it a great choice for work, school, and everyday use.

Works great, it's fast and easy to use. It has a big screen and an amazing picture, very clear and easy to see, plus it's touch screen. It also has alot of storage space. It meets all of my work needs. Even has Bluetooth so you can connect speakers to it to enhance the sound. Overall great laptop highly recommend!

I'm excited to finally get a new computer. Always stick with HP. There is so much new & am used to my 15 year old HP that I need to make an appointment to go back & get some reviews. Not a TECH person so need a professional to help me with many questions. Lots of new features. Used to windows. I like the ability to touch the screen for quick action to what I'm working on. I'm just a home body that uses the computer for emailing, checking out ads, playing Solitaire. This computer has a lot of memory so won't be necessary to purchase another in a while. I like laptops because you can take them with you no matter where you travel to. Always have your info at hand. It's certainly a lot faster than my 15 year old HP! Ha. . .

Good for the price point. Definitely feels cheap compared to my other pro computer with a different operating system. Had to buy a windows computer for specific software Im using. W Feels a little cheap with all the plastic. Wish it had lighted keyboard. The number pad is nice but throws off my hand position when typing Handles my windows specific software ok. Has bogged down one time where I had to restart. It is very light and like that. Speakers not great. Screen is nice size. I would say a good machine at the price point, especially on sale.

This is a great everyday laptop. Lightweight, easy to carry and great battery life. Easy to recharge with a strong power brick or the included charger. Only two USB C ports but a hub works perfectly to expand those.

I am comparing the HP OnmiBook to my previous Toshiba Dynabook. The screen aspect ratio is 4:3 for the HP OmniBook, which makes full use of the screen size for pictures and other displays, unlike the 15:8 ratio of my previous computer. What is on the screen is larger as a result and will take some adjusting including increasing distance between me and the computer. The HP laptop is not as wide but is deeper (top to bottom) in keeping with the 4:3 aspect ratio. A practical difference is that the keyboard is a bit smaller, and the touchpad is larger. These are not major issues and simply require adjustment. I prefer using a mouse and turned off the touchpad. This computer is lighter which is an advantage. My main use will be at home for personal and business work, but the lighter weight will be an advantage when traveling.

Overall great performance, speed and portable. Very convenient and easy to use.
