I reviewed a ton of laptops before making my purchase. My primary use is for schoolwork, but I’ll use it for other things such as watching movies and doing light searching or taxes. Pretty standard. Some things that were most important to me was storage, screen quality (including color accuracy), and that it have a touchscreen. The 2 in 1 isn’t a feature I think I need, but I do love it when I’m watching something. The keyboard isn’t my favorite, but I got used to it very quickly. I’m just picky with that and prefer the keys to have a quicker travel, but it’s still a comfortable keyboard. This has identical specs to the Lenovo yoga 2 in 1, and I liked the Lenovo keyboard a lot, but the HP was much cheaper during my purchase, and I don’t regret it. I love the OLED screen. The color of the laptop is also just beautiful. Overall, it’s a great pick! If you find it on a good sale, snatch it up.

It’s a really good computer. It’s very easy to use, and it has a good amount of RAM, which makes it fast. The touchscreen is very useful, and the fact that it can convert into a tablet is also a great and practical feature. I use it for work and its been great.

Started off being a really nice laptop. After first initial update everything was fine. I had it for a week before I really needed to start using it for school. I’ve only been able to use it for 2 days when classes started. It needed a second update and now anytime I open the laptop it’s frozen on a black screen with the HP logo. It did some weird restart with a bunch of messages and started working again. I was able to see the log in screen at least. Now it’s frozen on the HP logo screen again. Will have to bring it into the store to see what’s wrong with it.

I recently purchased the **HP OmniBook X Flip 2-in-1 (2026)**, and here’s my experience so far: The design is sleek and premium—really love the Deep Espresso color. The 2-in-1 flexibility is a big plus, making it easy to switch between laptop and tablet modes depending on what I’m doing. The 14” 2K OLED touchscreen is outstanding. Colors are vibrant, sharp, and great for both work and entertainment. The touch response is smooth and accurate, which makes everyday use more enjoyable. Performance-wise, the AMD Ryzen AI 5 430 handles daily tasks very well. Multitasking, browsing, and running multiple apps feel smooth, thanks to the 16GB RAM. It’s a solid choice for productivity and general use. Battery life is reliable and comfortably lasts through a typical workday, which is a huge advantage for me. If there’s one downside, it’s not designed for heavy gaming or high-end professional graphics work—but that’s expected for this category. **Overall:** A stylish, versatile, and reliable device with a beautiful display. Great for students, professionals, and anyone looking for a flexible everyday laptop. Highly recommended.

this is a very well build device. side ports for USB and other devices you might need are well placed. Easy to make into a tablet but if you do while holding as you use it you will be pressing on the keyboard. This is a very fast device and has a great touch screen. Also the battery last a very long time i haven't used it but more then 5 hours and still has a lot of power.

It's perfect for all my needs. I needed a new laptop for school this fall, and after needing to return an open box laptop, I decided to poke around the store again, and found this beaut on a Tech Days flash sale. Its a beautiful design and lightweight. The 2 in 1 design makes it perfect to take notes and doodle. The processor is fast enough for my needs, and storage capacity is perfectly reasonable.

For my purposes, this laptop has exceed my expectations in terms of quality. I am unfamiliar with laptop brands and models, as such I was unaware the Omnibook line utilizes higher quality materials providing a premium feeling laptop case. Primarily, I wanted to upgrade the quaility of screen of my laptop. The X Flip's 2K OLED screen is beautiful, the richness and depth of color is very impressive. Laptop touchscreens can be hit and miss, however, the Omnibook X Flip utilizes the Micrsoft Pen Protocol in addition to being high fidility. This makes it an excellent tablet for taking detailed notes if you opt to purchase a compatible pen. I am not a digital artist and cannot comment on the usablity of the Flip as a main device for a professional level artist, regardless, I enjoy being able to doodle on and draw diagrams in my notes for class. I really did not expect to find myself liking this laptop this much. It seemed like a great deal and had the screen and size I wanted. Students who need a versitile laptop should highly consider the OmniBook X Flip 3

For my first laptop, I would highly recommend this model. As I transition from high school to college and pursue engineering, the laptop performs exceptionally well. While it occasionally gets warm, it doesn’t become excessively hot to the point of slowing down the system. Instead, it remains warm, indicating that many applications can be run simultaneously without causing system issues. Additionally, the battery life is impressive. Even when running multiple apps and tabs, it doesn’t drain quickly. In fact, it decreases at a slower rate compared to other laptops. I highly recommend this model for individuals who use it for work or school, especially those who need to multitask efficiently.

I thought I would miss my previous wide screen laptop. But this little HP is great for traveling, anf I no longer need a large carryon bag. And the flip feature lets me use it as either a regular laptop or a convenient pad - great for reading news articles. And the backlit keyboard is a must!

the screen looks even better out of the store huddled up and comfy relaxing on the couch; it's perfect for every day use! even for extended periods of time, or long work hours. It's also much better for gaming than i expected it to be and I'm pleasantly surprised. the battery life is wonderful the screen is fantastic and there's not a thing i would change about it.

This OmniBook is an excellent little AI powerhouse. While it isn't going to run huge models locally, and Co-Pilot is.. meh.. I run my own local harness on it and it's surprisingly capable when given an actual chance. My harness, VeridianAI from MentiSphere Software, has 4 model slots, while Co-Pilot and all others have.. 1. So my favorite AI stress test is actually a regular feature in VeridianAI, called Build Battle. The primary model slot moderates/judges, while two other selected models have a code building competition. And nomic-embed in the background (Yes, 4 DIFFERENT models) handling advanced semantics, well.. with the NPU and dynamic RAM/VRAM I was able to squeeze some pretty impressive coding sessions on this laptop. I haven't tried it for gaming, because my main rig is 4-5x better than this, but the Omen software and Radeon settings allow for pretty good configurability, so playing games locally might need to dial the graphics settings down and find the right balance between RAM and VRAM, but I bet it could handle cloud streaming pretty well, given the gamer is in the same room or very close to the WiFi source with not a lot of obstructions in between. Overall the OmniBook is pretty solid for a smaller entry-level laptop.

I love this omnibook for how light and portable it is. The battery is decent so I can take it out without worrying about running out of juice. Wish the keypad was back-lit and would like a numeric keypad as well. otherwise it is perfect for my use. This is my personal device, I use it to track my finances, calculate my taxes, do volunteer work, write letters and articles, etc. -- non-business, non-academic, but probably more than average intensity for personal use.

I've been using the HP OmniBook X Flip 2-in-1, and it has exceeded my expectations. The laptop runs incredibly smoothly for everyday tasks, multitasking, and even gaming. Games load quickly, and the overall performance has been fast and reliable with no noticeable lag. One of my favorite features is the Deep Espresso color. It gives the laptop a unique, elegant, and premium look that really stands out. The build quality also feels solid and well-made. The touchscreen and 2-in-1 design are great bonuses, making it versatile for both work and entertainment. Overall, this is an excellent laptop that combines style, performance, and functionality. It's definitely worth the investment, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a premium Windows laptop.
