I picked this laptop after comparing many similar ones and this was possibly the best choice and it was a good price for a 10th Gen Core i3. It starts up quick. Has a long battery life. I don't have to use it on a daily basis but it's perfect for when I do use it. I highly recommend it.

This laptop is good for people who need it on daily basis because as long as you have WiFi or hotspot you can use it anywhere it’s not heavy to carry around!

Amazing laptop. I used this since 2019 and it’s still functional today. Does have minor damage to keypad- had a friend whose keypad caved in as well both within the first few months of having it. I use my laptop to data annotate on weekends, search for information, shop, etc. The battery did weaken after 2-3 years but I just always have it plugged in and it doesn’t bother me. You could always buy a new battery!

I've had this a few weeks now, so far seems to be working well. Decided it was finally time to upgrade my old Windows 7 laptop which is around 8 years old. I was trying to find the most bang for my buck around $500, got this for $599 on sale from $699. I tried out the demo model in the store, seemed good with I5 processor and 8GB ram but I was pretty worried about 128GB SSD. With all the preinstalled programs it only leaves you about 80GB when you get it home. You definitely need to plan to do mostly cloud storage if you have a lot of photos or videos. I was able to back up most of my photos free on google photos. Other than that, when I got it home everything seems to work great, wifi fine, speed good, touchscreen nice. Plus it's so pretty - lol! The small bezel is really nice too, size wise the footprint is more like a 13 inch laptop but with a 14 inch screen. I hope this helps you decide. If anything changes or I have any issues I'll update this review.

This is a very serviceable laptop for our child’s needs. It’s still working four years later and the processing speed is still fast enough for word processing, streaming and lite graphic design.

Like the review below me, I had an issue with the blue screen at set up. Although discomforting, and not a good first impression at all, I took it back to Best Buy where the geek squad guy simply hit Ctrl+alt+delete and, after a click or two, clicked continue. (Try this at home if you encounter that issue). Once set up however, this laptop runs like a charm. I use it for beginning programming, photo editing, and video streaming. I bought it at $600 as the best bang for your buck option I could find. It’s thin and light with a beautiful screen, and actually looks better in person. I’m very pleased (I was debating between this and the Dell Inspiron 7000 series which is now sold out). Will update in a month to tell how it’s held up.

This computer is perfect if you don't need a lot of storage space. It is nice because you can use it as a computer, but it also has a great touch screen that you can use in tent modes and can flip all the way around into a tablet. Even if you want more storage you could always get an external hard drive which are always on sale. The speed is good and the startup is awesome because of the solid state drive. What it sacrifices in storage space it makes up for in speed and functionality.

Not sure why I waited 10 years to get a new laptop. This computer turns on real fast and is ready to use in less than a minute. The touchscreen took a little getting used to but comes in handy when using it in tablet mode. I love the size and weight as well.

Made the purchase for my son that is a senior in high school. I was looking for the not most expensive laptop, HOWEVER I did have certain requirements. I needed a laptop that is light weight, keyboard to light up, easy to use, touch screen and that does not get to warm. We looked at a few and my son is happy with his purchase. After the purchase I left it with the geek squad for set up, glad I did. At the end of the day where else can you go and have great service, reward points and a knowledgeable geek squad to help you when you need them. ONLY ONE COMPLAINT, I HAVE WRITTEN MANY CHECKS AT BEST BUY, NOT SURE WHAT HAPPENED,I WAS QUICKLY TOLD WE NEED TO TRY ANOTHER REGISTER SO IT WOULD TAKE MY CHECK. HE TRIED SEVERAL TIMES AND IT DID NOT WORK. YES I WAS EMBARRASSED. THIS ALMOST HAPPENED A SECOND TIME RECENTLY WHEN I PURCHASED A NEW CELL PHONE(BY THE WAY IT IS NOT MY BANK OR THAT I HAVE WRITTEN BAD CHECKS).

I love this laptop/tablet. The screen is very clear, runs from edge to edge. I also enjoy the touchscreen feature. Going from an older laptop it was an adjustment at first but its proven to be quite a useful piece. I find that this laptop takes no time at all to charge and once fully charge the battery lasts a really long time. When I purchased this laptop I downgraded in size. I thought that was going to be a struggle, but I'm actually loving the smaller size. It's also super light weight so I can bring it everywhere. When I purchased this laptop I didn't realize it could convert to a tablet as well. That's a great feature to have when I'm using it in the kitchen to read recipes. If you're on the fence about getting this laptop, I say do it! Great features at an affordable price!

I love this laptop. It had everything I was looking for in a laptop. It has good speed, backlit keyboard and a touchscreen. The laptop itself is pretty and sleek. It was on clearance at a great price. Great buy!

I purchased this computer for online college courses and it has been great. I have had it for about a year and I would recommend it for anyone doing the same. Its fast, easy to use, light weight to carry around, and picture quality is amazing. Its user friendly and I can have several tabs open at the same time without it slowing down. With this computer I can save all of my papers and discussion boards and not have to worry about running out of storage. Like I said before this computer is my life saver for college.

I bought this laptop for school, and after reading the reviews on best buy, it was perfect. However, I looked online and it gave horrible reviews for the speed, before I even used it. So i was a bit hesitant upon using it, not sure what to expect. But it exceeded expectations! This computer is quick and responds well to the touch screen! For me, it turns on in less than 5 seconds. I just wish the home key wasn't right next to the backspace key. It's quite annoying hitting it and typing letters I don't try to in the wrong area. But it's perfect for students, probably not so much for gamers.

I bought this for my daughter who is a student in college. She adores it and very simple to use. Highly recommended! This is a great multi-tasking laptop. Blazing fast and the touch screen is really nice for her schooling. Can’t beat the price for this system.
