I originally bought this thermal heat printer because of the fact that I run through a lot of ink cartridges for my HP regular printer and knew that I had to solve a very high volume demand of order effectively because putting the duct tape around a regular piece of paper was starting to get very monotonous. so I definitely set on a quest on Google and stumbled upon the HP thermal printer from Best Buy. I wasn't skeptical. I absolutely adored the color and the whole idea and considering I already had an HP printer I figured it would be a good match, so I placed my order and the item came in relatively quickly within one week. It arrived at my doorstep. I was able to create an unboxing of the item and posted it onto my social media account now my thermal printer is like my best friend and I love the fact that it's so affordable and time efficient when it comes to processing packaging and labels quickly and efficiently!

After changing ebay, mercari and pirate labels settings all labels print super fast and correct size. Highly recommended!

This HP label printer is perfect for my home business. It’s easy to use and it’s small/compact and doesn’t take up a lot of space. The print quality is great for what I am using it for (mailing labels/shipping labels). I had purchased a less expensive version online from another retailer, and had a lot of compatibility issues. I have had zero issues with this printer.

It took a while to figure out setup and settings to print the way we wanted it to, but this is a good printer

It was what I was looking for. For my online store. Great quality, easy to use. No Bluetooth but it works for me. Needs to be connected to the computer. For me it not a downside. 100% happy

Fast! Works great, when printed it really is almost instantly done. Easy set up either Bluetooth or USB.

There are so called better thermal printers, but they will cost twice as much. That is unless you roll the dice on a Chinese import printer and if you do a search on the safety of the software/driver, you would be somewhat alarmed at the amount of data that those things can skim off your phone/computer. If security is a must, pass up those 300dpi Chinese imports such as Phomemo and get yourself a good ol’ reliable, American manufacturing printer. Yes, they are still sourced from China, but with an American company behind the product, it means your software and drivers are much more protected from nefarious activity.

This printer is amazing! I had bought a Dymo printer but now they want you to use their printer paper so I decided to buy this one instead. This HP printer works amazing! The program to print on is similar to the Dymo and you don’t need fancy paper to use the printer. I would recommend. I haven’t had any issues and I print large quantities of items with it. Also small and compact.

Works great! If I had to complain I’d say the resolution is pretty low and it prints wrong if you send the print job before turning the printer on. Otherwise fantastic.

Good lable printer. Would have like it to come with a installation CD or a link to download the printer driver.

This does *not* work with Mac OS unless perhaps you download a third party driver (which i wasn't willing to do). It also needs to be hard wired which is super unfortunate. Probably works totally fine otherwise, I just couldn't use it with my computer.
