Easy setup and use of app not sure if the ink really last as long as they say. The ink bottles had very little ink left in them after filling the ink

Wifi setup on hp123 not helping me. Why a new printer/scanner is this hard to connect is aggravating for sure.

Have only used once. Works ok but blacks for photo printing were more bue grey. Hopefully that will correctvwith more use.

If this printer loaded paper/printed paper with ease (or even easier than it is), it would get five stars from me. I can’t figure out what the issue is - too much paper? Too little paper? Paper isn’t new enough? What? What? What? I swear I’ve been using brand new reams of paper each time I print bc if the paper is imperfect in any way - at all - forget about it. This is supposed to make my life easier, not raise my blood pressure by 20 points - what’s worse, I’ve used it so little (today obviously set me off) that I just missed the return window by two days, so I’m stuck with this nightmare, sadly. When it works properly and pulls one sheet of paper at a time (that 1 out of 10 times), great, the rest of the time, it pulls more than 1 sheet, sometimes even a small stack, and the fact that the paper tray is slanted instead of level makes it even worse. Do not buy this printer unless you are the most patient person ever born, and last thing - I only leave bad reviews when something is absolutely terrible - which is very rare for me - that’s how bad this paper jamming issue is. So that I don’t completely lose my mind, I’m now going to have to pay someone else to do my printing because I do not have time for this nonsense.

This printer is fantastic and easy to set up. It also comes with a generous amount of ink, which should last for a long time.

Uses for work and does an excellent job. Would definitely buy again
