A: Yeah, You have to press f4+fn and it will come one but apparently it doesn't have a rgb keyboard so you only get a white light and can't customize it. I found that out today and it's a drag.

There is no slot to add an additional SSD, however, you could switch out the included 512GB SSD for one of larger capacity. That means you connect two monitors to this laptop. With the USB C port, you can use an adapter like USB C to HDMI. You also have the option to use a USB C docking station that allows you to simplify your monitor connections. You want to be sure the docking station has the video ports, i.e. HDMI, that are on the monitors. You also have 1 HDMI port for a monitor on this laptop.

A: Thank you for the question. The TGP of the Nvidia RTX 3050 Ti is up to 80 watts. The RAM configuration is 2 x 8. We are not aware of a screen wobble issue, however, store models are subject to a lot of use by customers, sometimes resulting in damage to the unit. Aside from the Intel Core i7 12650H being a newer processor, it can offload background tasks to the efficiency cores (E cores) while not affecting the foreground (using performance, or P cores). The Intel Thread Director routes the tasks to the cores automatically.
