great add on for a great device
getting this free kit just like from the website was a great deal. I haven't used every part yet as I've mostly been rowing but the mat and yoga blocks are great for stretching after and the resistance bands seem super solid and should hold up for a long time.

Quality products especially the mat and bands - I’m a huge Hydrow fan so I put the equipment to use very frequently

Great addition to the Hydrow
This kit is a great compliment to the Hydrow but there are not yet a lot of strength workouts available on the Hydow. Hopefully coming soon. All items are great quality. Love the mat.
