The instructions provided were somewhat out of order, which made the assembly process more challenging than expected. Additionally, some of the pieces were difficult to fit together, causing further frustration. I also noticed that the tires on the back of the cart are made of plastic, while the front ones have a thin layer of rubber. This difference in materials raises concerns about the overall durability of the toy, especially the back tires. Lastly the box came damaged and the front had some damage on it.

Great drift kart that the kids didn’t want to end!

Easy to assemble with easy to read instructions including pictures. The one thing I didn’t like was that all tools weren’t included for assembly. It mentions that you will need a screwdriver that wasn’t included. The fist step of instruction also requires 10mm wrench. I had both of these on hand. I also purchased the hyper kids electric dirt bike and that product came with a screw driver and 10mm wrench so it seemed odd that the drift kart did not. Otherwise once I got it assembled and charged for recommended 12 hrs it was ready to race! The speed and power is perfect! Since the tires are a hard plastic to allow for drifting I could see it being hard to control with any more power. But the drifting is awesome. The kids were a little hesitant at first to let it slide but it didn’t take long to get comfortable. The battery lasted a little over an hour on a 12 hour charge out of the box. It does say it requires a full 24 hours to be fully charged but only recommended 12 before use. Overall the kids loved it and would have been on it all day if they could have. Kid rating 7.5/10 only because they ran out of battery charge 9.5 overall

My Son Loves It!

We purchased the Hyper Drifting Go-Kart for our son, and he absolutely loves it! The speed is perfect for kids—fast enough to be exciting, but still safe for backyard rides. He especially enjoys the drifting feature; it keeps him entertained for hours. Assembly was straightforward, and it runs smoothly on our driveway and sidewalks. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that some of the plastic parts feel a little fragile, so I make sure to check and tighten bolts regularly. Overall, it’s a fun, high-energy ride-on that brings a lot of joy. Highly recommend for kids who love adventure and outdoor play!

Best Christmas Gift!!

We bought a red and green Go Kart for our boys (10 and 4) this year for Christmas. We are so surprised with the stability and handlings of these builds. It was super easy to put together which we were also very pleased about (given that we were putting them together on Christmas eve). Our boys were stoked and has loved every minute of using them! Even though they are rated for ages 8 to 14 our 4-year-old is able to ride it with no problems. The seat belts give us a little extra piece of mind when it comes to safety. We also purchased helmets and gloves to match which really completed the package.

Very easy to put together except the screw for the steering wheel beside that everything else was easy. My kids love them, we have fun on them ourselves even with me weighing 220 it will still drift which was pretty shocking

This drifting go kart is AWESOME! It goes fast, is easy to control / use, and so fun! I know this is for kids - but my husband and myself (who very much aren't children) have been taking it for rides around the block because it is so fun! Would recommend! The drifting is sweet!

The chassis broke within the first month of purchase, and Best Buy refuses to provide service. Very disappointed—waste of money and terrible support.

Cool fun toy.. My 6yr daughter loves this car, easy to drive also assemble. Only negative thing I can say is the tire wear out fast an easily, AUG purchased OCT replacing tires

I was in the market of looking for small electric cars for my son, as he loves going for car rides. This is perfect because it’s something he can drive himself and it’s safe. The speed settings are good as well, as you can change between a lower speed and faster speed if needed. Putting it together was a breeze as well.

24 volt hyper drift cart

Easy to assemble took about 40 min. I did just look up a video on YouTube because I’m better hands on. My 6 year old loves this stays charged for about 30 minutes the drifting is awesome he’s obsessed money will spent!

Kids loved these go karts

My grandkids really loved these go karts. I ordered 4 and they lasted a few months... the pedal on 1 was damaged in shipping, but we got it to work, the wheel on 1 wouldn't get any traction so it ran slower than the others and had no trouble with the other 2.

Good...but flawed

For the price, it's good. The kart has dual motors... each motor powers a wheel on each side. One of the wires melted against the board. I've had to re tin and rewire the motor to the board. It's not really a huge issue or repair, would if just rather not have had to deal with that. Also, the charge doesn't seem to last very long. It seems to depend on rider weight, speed, and settings. This might seem obvious. but explaining it to the kids kinda sucks.

Poor quality. At first it seemed fine. When my granddaughter used it for a few days it broke. Did not last long. Started making noise. The major parts all plastic. Luckily I was able to return with the return policy. Nice looking kart but quality not the best.

works but subpar build quality and hyper support

Lets start with this was the Christmas gift for my daughter and ordered at the beginning of December. My order started by being delayed and then once it arrived, finding out they sent a green go kart and not pink. Contact customer service and they did a good job trying to help but the pink go kart was now out of stock and my option was keep it, wait to see if the pink comes back in stock, or return it. By the time the pink was back in stock there was no time to do the return and have the new one in time for Christmas. So my daughter got a green go kart.... Assembling is straight forward but almost none of the screw holes line up correctly. Also to access the battery/motor compartment, you will need to remove the seat, I can see these plastic screw holes for the seat stripping out eventually if you need disconnect the plug for fall storage. I had also reached out to Hyper customer support via email on Dec 21st to see about getting the plastic panels in pink and have yet to get any response from them so good luck if you ever have issues with it.
