No issues at all unboxing and setting up. Quality case with real glass and food weight (not flimsy in the least.). Various drivers (mobo, gpu, etc) downloaded and installed with no issues Asher system is extremely quiet. I was looking for something with higher specs but no water cooling (water and electricity just aren't good bed fellows in case leakage) so their new pc tower cooler did the bill and works amazingly well - monitored board, chip and memory temps are on the cool side almost all the time (Kudos). Truly enjoying this thing - oh, and gaming performance is a thing of beauty - I've got no fps drops, glitches, etc and that's saying something. I contacted customer service regarding some specific questions and about picking up extended warranty through them rather than BB - both were answered quickly, competently and thoroughly. As a bonus, expandable with the parts I want to add, not those approved by "other manufacturers", so no created compatibility issues. The I'd recommend them highly and wouldn't hesitate to buy another in the future.

Awesome product! We love the colors, compatibility, and all of the features it came with. The quality is nice, fast processor, and holds a lot of memory.

The computer was easy to set up out of the box. Fortunately, everything worked as designed. The computer came with an Asus B860M Max Gaming AX motherboard/baseboard. There was one open PCIe slot, which I used for installation of a digital sound card. There were three cable connections for additional hard drives. I installed the three drives (one SSD and two HDD) from my old computer into the new one. The three drives were carefully stacked in the open spaces of the cabinet. Two additional memory slots are available for future expansion. My previous ibuypower computer lasted 6 years but required some parts replacement over time. I hope this new model lasts as long, or longer, with little to no parts replacement. I am completely satisfied with this computer.

seen the specs thought it would be a great pc and glad to say it is had for about 2 weeks now and it’s been amazing playing all my games ultra settings with high frames huge upgrade from my last pc that had a 3060 and amd 5900 cpu

I bought this desktop computer to be able to process my Canon R5C video at 420-10 bit which my old computer struggled with. This computer had no problem, in fact I tested it while processing one video, I was uploading three, and it still had no issues. Facebook page "Everything Off-Road", "Outdoor Pursuits", and Rumble channels on HRI Services llc. Great computer great price at $2200.00, it was the best price I found with comparable components.

Works just as it says. It’s fast and I like being able to change the exterior colors to match what I’m doing.

Bought this for my son who is entering college. He picked it out based on all the specs he wanted for high performance gaming. He is very pleased with the performance and appearance.

Easy to setup. It’s a good pc runs very good for the price.

This is a great easy to use pre set up unit. This is hands down the fastest pc i have ever used. It had a few bugs i had to pull off all the covers and replug all the connectors not major but kind of annoying since i went with a pre built. Overall though its a very nice pc if your are willing and capable of minor repairs
