I’ve had my K36 for a couple weeks so far and it’s awesome! Highly recommend! Works really well cleaning the pool and it’s also super easy to clean out. Just rinse out the basket.

2 stars for the original purchase. 4 stars for the follow up customer service. I really wanted to like this product. After 3 weeks for a total of 9 uses, we got an error code. We contacted igarden. If you don't mind dealing exclusively with AI, I have to say their "customer service" was very good. They were very responsive and answered in a timely manner. They kept us informed every step of the way. Bottom line, we were offered a free 'upgrade' as a replacement. We were sent a return label from fed ex. to return the faulty vacuum and were sent the "new" replacement very fast. However, I believe the "new" vacuum is refurbished. In looking at Amazon and igarden's own site, I couldn't find a listing for a NEW K60 (the replacement). So far the replacement is working, but it's only been 2 weeks.

I've used this cleaner robot for weeks; its battery lasts long enough to clean my entire pool. It effectively handles small debris and dirt on the pool floor.

Cleans the pool well, bottom and walls. Saves me a lot of time.

It runs out of battery in the pool and does not reach surface level,every time I use it I have to fetch out the water manually.
