As with most radios of this kind, it works better if you are near it to make yourself an antenna, since there is no external one or way to connect one. All in all a good value.

I purchased two of these, one for me and one for a friend. I must say that at a price point of $50 i didn’t think that it would work well as it does. My friend uses his all the time and enjoys it. This team will be on my Christmas list for next year as a gift. I would recommend to all that have questions about it.

We bought this to replace an old radio after a kitchen remodel. Nice looking unit. Works well. Really like the remote control and Bluetooth features.

I have been looking at getting this radio for a while. Best Buy had a really good deal on it and having rewards helps with a price even more. The radio works awesome, I love connecting to it via Bluetooth and listening to my Pandora music. For those who still like CD-ROM, it has that as well. Very happy with a purchase.

Overall very good product. Easy to mount under my kitchen cabinets, took me about 45 minutes to do it right. Sound quality is good for the price, remote control works perfectly, and Bluetooth stays connected. Only issue that keeps me from giving 5 stars is the radio function. The antennae is very poor, I don't live in a great reception area, but we literally don't get any radio stations to come in clearly. If you use Bluetooth or CD's, this is a great product. It is now used pretty much daily in my house.

It's the only one they carry, but it's pretty good! The sound is good for a single speaker unit, it's easy to pair blue tooth and has a good cd player. Downsides are, radio reception is lousy and they don't tell you all you need to know in the installation instructions. (Leave room in back for the adapter cable that sticks out a good extra inch.)

Thank you. We're currently working to correct the instructions to include additional steps to account for the adapter. As for reception, unfortunately, not every home will be able to pick up great reception, depending on the area and other items interfering with reception within the home. We recommend testing out reception prior to installation to achieve the best possible reception for you. Radio function works decent. CD player and Bluetooth connection are really great. Volume and sound quality are impressive for the price.

Purchased for mother-n-law to replace one 15 years old. Sleek and compact. Good sound but you cannot adjust bass, treble etc. Fairly easy to install and directions are clear. Cheaper through bestbuy.com then the store.

Let me start by saying this unit does not exactly sound terrible or great its somewhere in the middle and really depends on where/what it is around that affects the acoustics of the unit. But thats not the crux of this unit at least for me. Few things right off the bat. Depending on your cabinet design/height/depth basically the age of your house/kitchen the install of this can be a real real pain. The template that is provided isnt exactly accurate if you want to bring the unit forward to the absolute ledge of your cabinets or having it protrude a bit. I would suggest you double check your holes if you end up purchasing this unit before you drill and measure twice to make sure it is exactly where you want it. Also use tape or push pins to hold the template up, makes life easier. The measurements of this unit should REALLY be on the box as well if you have a older home like mine with older cabinets or this thing will be a pain trying to get it to fit because of the depth. Also for the overall size of the unit i dont really understand why the AC to DC transformer couldnt of been integrated into the unit instead of having yet another wall wart power supply kicking around the outlets. Now for me, the real dealbreaker. I can overlook the meh sounding radio, its no big deal, i can overlook the mounting issues, i can overlook the wall wart power supply. BUT when you completely bork the design of the digital clock and the display (a technology that has been around in the consumer market since the late 70s mind you) so it can only be seen at 2 angles and you have to be almost on eye level thats the dealbreaker for me. Old home low, slim cabinets + taller guy (6'4) = going back in its box. I really wanted to like this unit but the compound effect was too much for me. I primarily bought it for a clock radio so whats the point if i cant even see the clock. TL;DR----- Cant see the display, mounting is a pain with older cabinets, wall wart adapter. Took it back. It may work well for your needs and application but for me it just was not a feasible solution Heres a easter egg for getting to the end. The ACTUAL unit dimensions 11 3/8" W x 11 1/2" D (including rear non detachable wire hooks). Spacers to mount under cabinet are 7/8" and height of unit without spacers is 2 3/4" hope this helps someone out in making a decision if this will fit or not.

If you need music in the kitchen or garage or anywhere that you don't need or really want an extremely loud music system than this is for you it's plenty loud plays CD's, has battery back up for your programmable FM stations, no AM but you do get a clock, a line in and blue tooth connectivity so you can connect your iPhone or other blue tooth devises, comes with a template, so all you do is lay the paper down where you want the unit to go and drill the 4 holes where it tells you to and screw the unit in and your good to go, very pleased with this purchase The only reasone I gave it 4 stars and not 5 is the lack of a USB port for charging my phone, seeing as it's an awesome radio for under cabinet and will be used in the kitchen and it does take up an outlet I just feel a new unit such as this should of had a USB port.

Bought this product for a mother's day gift. My wife was always having her portable cd player on the kitchen counter and taking up space when she was cooking or cleaning so this was just the thing to get her. Cd player, radio, and bluetooth work great. Installation was easy and it had it mounted within a few minutes. The only thing I really wasn't impressed with was the sound quality otherwise I would've rated 5 stars, but for my wife who really isn't to concerned with that, she is very happy with it.

Bought this for my 80 year old mother-in-law to replace her decade old under counter unit that quit working. She needed something low tech and, even though this unit has some current tech like Bluetooth, she can simply use the radio as she had for years. She was very happy that we were able to find a replacement that was simple enough for her to use easily.

This is the 2nd one I've bought. It is a great way to hear the music of your choice, whether it be the radio or CD player. And this newest version has a blue tooth so even mire possibilities! Highly recommended product and very easy to install with only a few tools.

I just wanted a radio and speakers to listen to music via Bluetooth. I didn't want a bunch of bells and whistles. This product is exactly what I wanted. Speakers are decent to enjoy my music. Radio does not have antenna, which I like. Seems to pick up radio stations just fine. Has a remote control, which is a nice bonus. Has a CD player, which I haven't and won't use. Easy to install. Perfect for $30 versus the +$120 ones that had extra features I did not want or need. The size of the text for the buttons on the front of it is very small, which makes the remote nice to have. Is not a big deal to me though. Nice basic radio/speakers and you don't have anything sitting on your counters.

I was able to get clear my countertop of a much larger bluetooth unit and add a radio/CD player into the mix. It sounds good and is relatively easy to turn on. I had to purchase longer screws to make it fit under my cabinets which made the installation a little challenging.
