What a value!
I bought two! This is a great product, the FireTV edition, that I already had in other rooms of the house. They are dependable, easy to operate and integrate with my entire household. The size was a real selling-point and it looks great with a retractable ceiling mount over the bed.

Excellent TV for the money.
I got this for $200 during the Black Friday deal. Glad I was able to score it! Having just purchased my first home, I saw that this would be $200 and figured, why not give it a try. Originally I wanted to spend a bit more on a Samsung unit, but couldn’t pass up this deal. After making some simple manual picture adjustments and turning off the fluff, the picture quality looks pretty good, especially with 4K content. I have a Samsung soundbar hooked up via HDMI ARC and it works perfectly with the included Fire TV remote. The remote is able to turn on and off the soundbar with the TV and control the volume for a seamless experience. Very happy about that! The built-in Fire TV experience is nice and allows easy access to a wide variety of applications. Overall, this TV was definitely worth $200 and I would’ve gladly paid more for it. I haven’t had any issues since I’ve owned it.

The sound problem is annoying
The sound started going out about 2 months after I bought it. I couldn’t get anyone on the phone at Best Buy or Insignia for help. The sound just randomly goes out. Will go out for awhile after you turn it on. This is my first time having an insignia so it’s not the greatest first impression. The picture is decent and the features are great. The sound problem just ruins the whole experience and I have to have subtitles on so I can at least read what’s happening. For the price it was on sale I had a feeling this was destined to be a flawed tv. But I am happier with having this bigger tv and not having to pay a lot for it.

Great Smart TV
Bought this on the Black Friday doorbuster deal. Also got the Dynex mount for $30 so I could install the tv at an angle. The TV is amazing. The picture quality is excellent. The antenna reception tuning is very strong. The sound is much better than my other TVs. Mounting was super easy.

You get what you pay for
Initial reaction for the price being $200 during Black Friday was too good to be true. Upavked and set up the TV with ease by myself. We as initially impressed with the quality of the TV and the sound but a little less than 2 weeks after using the TV I started noticing small lines across the screen and the sound abruptly not working. (required a few restarts for the sound to work because the option to even select the sound options would be disabled. ) The only way I have managed to avoid further sound issues is connect the TV to my sound bar via Bluetooth or Aux cable. WHICH SHOULD NOT EVEN BE HAPPENING TO A BRQND NEW TV. Somehow the TV is no longer available in store so I'm not too sure the process of returning or exchanging. The bottom of the screen seems to have some random static-like effects. I'm not so impressed yet was beyond excited for a large TV for a very low price. Now I have to wrestle with returning the TV and figuring out the next options available. These two major Issues are why it's only getting 3 stars, it could be worse but I'll take the blame for expecting a good quality for such a low price. I just expected the TV to have at least a good picture quality without any screen defects. Didn't fully expect the 4K experience but also didn't expect the screen to have thin black lines going across the screen.
