I needed a more powerful charger, so I was happy to get this Insignia 70W USB-C wall charger, which features foldable prongs. It delivers efficient GaN charging technology, and I noticed it charges my iPhone, iPad, Bluetooth mouse, earbuds, and Bose portable speaker quickly. You can also use it with a laptop and more. The charger is compact, shaped like a small cube, measuring 1.63 inches tall, 1.5 inches long, and 1.5 inches wide, weighing just 0.31 ounces. Although it comes with a Quick Setup Guide, it’s pretty straightforward to use. It took about 45 minutes to charge my iPhone from 50% battery ~ impressive! The earbuds I use for long phone calls also charged very rapidly, much faster than my old charger. My iMac mouse reached full charge from 50% in roughly an hour. Another plus is that the charger doesn’t overheat, unlike some others I’ve tried, which reassures me since overheating can damage devices or even be a fire hazard. I also use it to power my Bose portable speaker, connected to my iMac for music, and again, it performed excellently by charging quickly and getting me back to listening in no time. If you’re looking for a dependable and convenient charger, the Insignia 70W USB-C is a great choice! I highly recommend it ~ it works wonderfully!

The Insignia 70 Watt USB C Wall Charger is a surprisingly small wall power adapter measuring 1.5" x 1.5" x 1.6". It is very light at just 3.2 oz. The prongs fold up making this easy to pocket or put in your laptop case for travel. At 70 watts, it fast charges my Pixel 10 xl and my tablets. It will charge my 13" Microsoft Laptop Go and my 16" Dell Latitude laptop. My 15"Dell XPS laptop however, requires more power and therefore this adapter can only charge it at slow speeds. It is rated at 5V/3A, 9V/3A, 15V/3A, 20V/3.5A, PPS 5-21V/3A 70 Watt Max. So this is designed to charge anything from earbuds to over the ear headphones, smart watches, tablets, laptops and most other household devices that are USB charged ( flash lights, etc.). The only drawback to this power adapter is that it only has one USB C port. I highly recommend the Insignia Compact 70 Watt USB C wall charger to everyone. It is high quality, well designed and packs a big punch for it's size and weight. today's world you simply can't have enough charging options.

Just added the Insignia™ - 70W USB-C Port Wall Charger to my collection of chargers. It is an affordable device that works as well or even better than the more expensive chargers from more popular brands. Insignia is a BestBuy exclusive brand that provides quality products at much more reasonable prices. This compact wall charger provides enough juice to charge the latest and biggest iPhones, iPads, MacBooks as well as Samsung Galaxy devices, including tablets. It even charges my 14” Chromebook from 55% to 100% in 40 minutes, while using it. Testing it with a Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra turned on “Super fast charging”, and it charged the big battery to 35% in about 20 minutes. In addition to being super compact for a 70W super fast charger, it is also travel friendly with its foldable AC power plug design. This thing is practically a 1.5” cube that easily fits in your purse or jacket pocket. Some lower-end chargers tend to overcharge thus overheating your phone and shortening its battery life, but Insignia does not cut any corners and includes functional overload protection that throttles the charging as needed. Insignia totally stands behind their products and offers a full one year warranty unlike other brands that only give you 90-day warranty. The only thing would have made this charger a perfect value is if a USB-C cable was also included - you can never have enough of those either.

This Insignia 70W USB-C charger is TINY. It's less than half the size of the 65W PPS charger that I have had for a few years, and this one supports just enough current at 15V that it does full Super Fast Charging 2.0 on my Galaxy S25 Ultra (my older 65W PPS charger from a different brand can't do this). The Insignia 70W unit is clearly very densely made as it is heavy for its size and very solid feeling. Since the actual electrical plug flips up into the body, the size overall in a pocket of your bag isn't any bigger than it is plugged into an outlet. So far I've tested the charger on a few laptops, my S25U phone, my iPad Mini 6, and a USB-C power bank that supports up to 100W charging. It worked as expected with all of them. One thing I noticed when charging my USB-C power bank is that it was able to show that it was receiving 68W from the adapter. For all of the other USB-C PD/PPS chargers I have in the house, the losses were 7 percent or more (for example, only showing 93W input for a charger that supports 100W). Showing only 2 watts lost to inefficiencies is extremely good. Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a compact USB-C charger that's efficient and supports PPS for fast charging pretty much everything you can use USB-C PD for.

I bought a new Samsung watch which of course did not come with a block for charging, just a cable. I bought this Insignia - 70W USB-C Port Wall Charger to plug in next to my bed to use it's versatile charging powers for all my electronics. Although the Insignia - 70W USB-C Port Wall Charger will be overkill for my new watch, only drawing about 10-15 watts to charge, it will be suitable to charge my Samsung S26 too. Also when I bring my tablet to bed to watch a movie or play games, I can plug in the charger and know I'm not going to drain my battery during use. I thought it would be best to buy a Samsung charger since most of my electronics are Samsung but when I saw this Insignia - 70W USB-C Port Wall Charger I decided to give it a try since it produced more watts for 1/2 the price. When I plugged my s26 in it immediately went into super fast charging mode. I was at 73% and it charged to full in about 15 minutes. Also this will be great to take on vacation. It's compact to begin with but the prongs fold into the unit to make a 1.5" x 1.5" square that will take up no room at all in your luggage or electronics bag.

I received a review item in return for an honest review, so here goes! This small white plastic block (38mm x 38mm x 51 mm or 1.5” x 1.5” x 1 5/8”) has a single usb-c socket on the top and a flip out US style two prong plug on the bottom. It’s not a perfect cube. But it’s close. The one drawback is that the lettering on the adapter is so faint that it’s unreadable. I have absolutely no idea what it says and I even tried reading it with an illuminated magnifying glass. After flipping out the US two prong plug (which isn’t likely to happen accidentally as it’s quite stiff) and plugging in a USB-C cable, I started charging my iPhone 16 Pro. The charger quickly charged the phone with no errors. 40% to 100% took a bit under an hour. It also charged by iPad a bit faster than the Apple charger it came with. I guess the bottom line is that this is a very functional usb.c charger in a fairly small form factor. It’s the same height as the Apple charger, but the base is almost twice as large. Not bad considering this is a 70w charger and the default Apple charger is only rated at 20 watts. I may buy more.

This charger stands out for two reasons: its compact size and strong value. It is roughly a 1.5-inch cube, and the AC plug folds neatly into the body. It also delivers a lot of power for a modest price. As a smart charger, it works with most all devices which have a USB C Power Delivery (PD) port. It automatically adjusts the wattage to match the device you are charging. Keep in mind that standard USB C-C cables are limited to 60W maximum. If you want to deliver more power … or the full 70W in this case … you need a smart or chipped cable. That will take you to 100W or 240W capacity, depending on the cable. The good news is that this charger is priced low enough that even if you buy a high-power cable, it’s still a bargain. Besides phones, tablets, and such, there's enough power here to charge the new, slim laptops at a fast rate. No longer will you need to carry that brick and power cord. Just pop this little guy in your pockey or bag. The Insignia brand is known for value with good quality, and this is certainly in that category. It’s a win.

Highly recommend over the apple charging blocks… sorry not sorry apple. Just a better price for the same value honestly.
