I first purchased an Insignia™ - 8 Outlet 600 Joules Surge Protector Strip - Black in late April early May 2023 with the helpful assistance of a Customer Service Representative who was most helpful and informative in helping me find the right kind of power strip for the protection I needed for the electronics that were going to plug into the strip. I was SO impressed with this surge protector strip and its ease of function that I purchased a second one about a month later. There is peace of mind when you know that a product will protect your most valuable of electronic devices from unexpected power surges.

Nowadays, so many computer peripheral plugs are oriented double and triple the size vertically, so instead of a surge protector strip fitting 6 sources, you can only fit three on them! What a waste of outlets. This strip was perfect in that instead of my plugs sitting train style, my plugs can now sit side by side, THEREBY not covering two or sometimes three outlets because of the plug's orientation!

I have my PS4 Pro, monitor, speakers, and laptop charger connected all at once and I'm satisfied with the performance of this surge protector. At times I use up to 6 ports simultaneously, but having even two extra ports available is good. I don't get worried when there's a thunderstorm and I still want to use my devices. I think the little green lights that illuminate to show the surge protector is grounded and protecting connected devices are kinda cool too.

I bought this because my old one didn't have enough outlets for my person and work computer. Wow I looked at my last one sticker it was from 2013 lol welcome to 2021 technology is great I absolutely love the design the old ones couldn't hold everything but you can have the big bulky plug and the smalll one love this definitely will buy another one.

For the price this is an excellent surge protector. It has 4 outlets for low voltage transformer connections and 4 spaced outlets, very good layout. Does not take up much space on the floor.

It's perfect for my situation. I already has a multi plug surge protector but the plugins were too close together. This one has some of them spaced out for the items that have larger connectors.

Decent outlet and gives me more than enough space for all those large/bulky adaptors for my TV, chargers, Routers, Modems, etc. my only issue is how easy it is to accidentally turn the whole thing off with the placement of the switch. As long as you have it out of reach and that no one will be able to touch it, you should be fine.

I recently upgraded my entertainment center of my room. I was running out of plugs and didn’t trust my really old surge protector so I got a new one with more plug outlets. Very easy to hide behind my TV and has enough room between plugs to plug in some of those unreasonably big plugins

Great power strip. No issues. Plenty of outlets. A little chunky but that is to be expected with this many outlets. Just about fits behind TV stand without it sticking out too much.

Best value for money. The quality of the adapter is too good for the price , one is paying. I haven't got into an issue with it. Highly Recommended.

This suited my needs, with an led light to display on/off, I use it for my streaming media devices (4), so I can make sure they are all off when I am not home. Great price for home using powerful surge protection, grade wiring is high to handle 8 plus wired inputs.

Keeps all my computer gear and accessories well powered, including the monitors. Easy to use. Some plugs are just massive, so a little extra space for plugs might've been nice.

Works great for what I needed and would recommend this to anyone looking for a power strip.

Pretty amazing , we had a storm blow up and pop some circuits, this protected my modem, ps5 and tv

I like the number of outlets but also the positioning/space of the outlets makes it easier to connect plug-ins that have a angled cord.

Use this to plug in extra refrigerator and freezer in the garage. Seems to work without any issues. I'll update review should any issues arise. So far so good.

It's nice to have if you have an old house and don't want to burn your house down with an extension cord.
