Easier to utilize than other 3rd party battery peripherals that require having both USB micro and C, as well as replacing the entire back plate of the controller - this just snaps in the base side and plugs into the available USB port, no instruction needed. Though I cannot confirm whether this device charges regular Xbox batteries, these Insignia replacements do an excellent job at keeping the controller charged for hours at a time. Still having access to the front USB port via passthrough was also helpful for my other XBox controller that was slightly different and wouldn't accept the new battery.

Best recharge battery pack I have ever bought! Will never change! Attached flush to the usb port on the outside of the Xbox and attached very firmly, incredibly easy to use and has never failed me.

I owned a similar dock on my previous One S and it worked so well I bought this new one for the Series S. The design is sleek and blends in well with the system. The batteries last well through multiple play sessions. Never once had a problem the the previous dock, nor this one. Highly recommend.

You can plug this thing directly onto your console and it's like it's a part of it! I love this. I think the only thing that I don't like about it is the fact that we have to take off the battery cover to put the battery in the charger but that's only because I've spent years using the other kind of chargers. I've gotten used to it now and I actually really love it so no complaint. Highly recommend this. I can't tell you necessarily the longevity of these batteries what I can tell you the longevity of the charge seems to be long-lasting. I can play all day long and not have to swap out batteries.

This product does what says it does. Charges the batteries for an average amount of time and then gives long periods of gameplay for days. Why do i say DO NOT PAY ATTENTION TO BAD REVIEWS!? Have you noticed (if you reas them) they all talk about how batteries dont fit!? They do and quite nicely, but you have to put them on a specific way. Its even marked. (See pics)

Love these batteries it makes it so you always have a chargered battery ready to go when needed and dont have to worry about connecting a cord to your controller. Had one for my xbox one s for a couple of years and loved it so it was a no brainer for the series s.

The charger and battery packs fit great on the xbox series s. Super convenient when the battery dies to have the other one ready to go. Battery life lasts a long time.

This is fantastic no more waiting for batteries to charge and is not bulky at all and you do not lose the use of the USB port because there is one built into it as well

I was excited for this , but now I’m a bit skeptical after charging the batteries and feeling that they happened to be extremely hot after leaving them on for a few minutes from full charge Not only the Batteries but the attachment it’s self was hot on my Xbox. It even had a smell and what could’ve been smoke to us , My Xbox stays in standby mode so I can receive updates and just hop into gaming. , but I will say this has made me completely nervous , and I will be testing it out for the next few days to see how it plays out. Would be a complete 5 based on design , Price , inclusion of 2 packs ( not to worried bout 1200mah size because of that ) , but currently a 3 stars because of probability

This does it’s job and the battery last a good amount tbh the people giving bad reviews just don’t know how to use it it does stay in its own you just have to flip it on the right side

Was looking for an alternative to play in charge cables…Convenient storage and 2 slots for my backup batteries…Price was not bad at all

Very good buy. I don’t have to buy batteries again for my Xbox controller. A charge normally lasts me about 6-7 days with decent use. Glad I stumbled on these

As a console gamer... you absolutely need these batteries. I have 2 sets this one and a much older one. However, I do not have them plugged into my XBox console i have an usb extension attached to it and plugged in separately (because I realised early on thet when you power down your console... the batteries stop charging. Not good when you set a time and date to be on with friends and your controller has no power.) So as I said I have 2 sets... 4 batteries total. And I have the one USB extension plug and I have one battery pack plugged into the other.

Got this new updated version for the new Xbox’s series s and works great. I use my old batteries from the older versions too.
