Q: Will they pair wirelessly with Sony HTST5000 soundbar?
A: no they do not have a pairing capability with any other thing it has its own transmitter that you will hook up to your TV or soundbar physically impaired from that
A: It will work with any stereo.
A: I would suggest checking a few things. 1) Check to make all the wires are connected properly and that there no breaks/kinks in the line or that the wires are stuck under furniture. 2) Try plugging them into different outlets or using a different power strip with surge protector. Fluctuations in power can cause popping/crackling sounds. Hope this helps.
A: It is a little tinny but they sound decent and you can always upgrade the speakers if needed! They just work well! Hopefully this helps

A: Yes, you can, it comes with optical cables, cables with mini-jacks and RCA adaptors. The optical cables give the best results. It is best to use it in combination with a sound bar, the Insignia sound bars are inexpensive and you can also control the Insignia sound bar with the remote provided with this speaker kit. It is AC powered.
Q: Do the speakers plug into an outlet?
A: The speakers are connected to the receiver via speaker wires. The receiver has to be plugged into an outlet....as does the transmitter.
