Q: How many game cartridges can it hold?
A: ONE GAME PER SLOT- NOT DEEP, JUST FITS ONE GAME CARD. SO TOTAL 2 GAMES. BUT HAS OPTION TO STORE STYLUS NO OPTION TO STORE ADAPTOR
Q: Can you play on the ds without having to take the case out first?
A: Its a little awkward, but yes you can. You can't really reach the shoulder buttons without taking it out though.
A: No it does not. it's just a bit to big for the case and will not close at all.
