Refrigerator seems to be working well. It was a return because it had physical damage but was never used. It had scratches on the front and a dent on the side when we saw it in the store. When they dropped it off I was told they would install it and they said no. All I needed to do was plug it in so there wasn't really a problem but I asked if they could switch the doors around because it has the option and they said I would have to buy a kit for that so they could not do it. I asked in store and they said there was no kit it just needed to be turned around. When I got it and took the tape off it had a lot more scratches on the front of it than it did in the store. It doesn't seem to be affecting the usage but being told in store that they would install it and could turn the door around is a problem when they show up and tell me they cannot do it without a kit. In store they don't know anything about a kit. I think the delivery people were just lazy.

I recently used the 'Refrigerator Install to Existing or No Water' service, and the experience was nothing short of fantastic. The service, completed on November 1, 2023, was a perfect example of professionalism and efficiency. Prompt and Professional Service: The team arrived on time, which was a great start. Their professionalism was evident from the moment they stepped in. They were well-prepared, equipped with all the necessary tools, and ready to tackle the installation. Expert Installation: The installers demonstrated remarkable expertise in handling my new refrigerator. They carefully maneuvered it into place, ensuring no damage to my kitchen floors or the appliance itself. The connection to the existing water line was handled smoothly, and they made sure everything was functioning correctly. Attention to Detail: What really impressed me was their attention to detail. They took the time to level the fridge, test all the features, and even gave me a quick tutorial on how to use the new appliance. The area was left clean and tidy, with no trace of the installation process left behind. Customer-Centric Approach: Throughout the process, the team was courteous, answering all my questions and addressing any concerns I had. Their customer-first approach made the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable. Final Thoughts: I am thoroughly pleased with the service provided. The ease and convenience of having professionals install my refrigerator were well worth it. I would definitely use this service again and highly recommend it to anyone needing a hassle-free refrigerator installation.

Love the fridge but had to get a replacement because the latch on the door in door option wasn’t latching so I wasn’t able to open the main fridge door. Then the next was perfect but it began making a high pitch noise so they preferred to replace it since I was still in the return window(I wasn’t excited to replace it again but I’d rather do that than have a fridge die) when they brought the replacement a couple of days ago, the latch on this one is also messed up but the delivery guy was able to just use the previous door on the new fridge and it worked fine. But this fridge is warm and isn’t cooling at all. It ruined $350 worth of meat/groceries. It randomly spits out water too so we have to have a towel down so it doesn’t ruin my flooring. The soonest I can get a replacement is in two weeks. Also both times the delivery guy installed the drawer backwards(it wasn’t hard for me to fix) the first time they delivered they gouged my flooring in the kitchen and scratched my walls. I was referred to their insurance company who reached out but then hasn’t responded to any of my calls or emails since then. The whole experience hasn’t been great but overall I do love the fridge. I love the door in door option if the latch works. The back is lit which is nice. We love the auto fill option and the fact that it measures in ounces the amount of water you are getting from dispenser. Freezer is spacious and the snack drawer is great. Hoping nothing else goes wrong.

I recently purchased a new refrigerator with an ice maker and decided to have Best Buy install it for me. I was a little hesitant at first, but I'm so glad I did! The service was quick, easy, and professional. The installers arrived on time and were very friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain the installation process to me and answer any questions I had. They also made sure to clean up after themselves when they were finished. Deliver kept trying to deliver to wrong address. Twice. First try got here and it was dented. They installed and allowed me to keep as loaner. Supervisor of delivery did not process damage for repkacement. I had to call. 2nd delivery tried to deliver at wrong address. Man at that house refused delivery. Got ahold again and rescheduled. Third time was a successful delivery. I love the refrigerator.

The first install team did a great job removing the old and bringing in the new refrigerator. Paid extra attention to ensure nothing in the home was damaged. Unfortunately, after taking out the old unit I noticed there was a dent on the front of the new one that was already there, but didn't make sense to bring the old one back in. They were very respectful took photos and filed the claim for me to get a replacement. Otherwise, the refrigerator looked great and was leveled vertically and horizontally. The second team that came to remove the dented refrigerator and bring in the new one also did a good job. They inspected the item to ensure no damage, and removed the doors to be extra careful nothing would get damaged, although I felt that wasn't necessary and was concerned about the doors being put on properly. They installed the doors but had some issues leveling the refrigerator, and used a power drill to adjust but the doors wound up high off the ground and looked forced making the refrigerator slanted and leaning towards the back wall. Was horizontally aligned but not vertically. They said it was my floor but my floor has always been even and the past refrigerators installed were even and never slanted. Also, the left door and handle are higher than the right door.

After having to spend 10s of hours researching refrigirators I bought this when I moved into my 1 bedroom apartment and I cannot be more happy. Multiple other refrigirators this size had tons of issues with leakage, needing service, and some even made cow noises (look it up lol) This thing works, never complained, and is QUIET. I have this in my kitchen and I don't think I can ever hear it making any compressor noises or anything. Never leaked any liquids/gas and I would highly recommend this to anyone looking to buy a small/medium sized refrigirator

The installer did not give us the installation instruction manual before they left, as well as the warranty booklet. Appearance: it is stainless steel but unsure which category of stainless steel. Hope it can last long and no rust. Have not had a chance to test the temperature as was told it need to wait at least 46 hours before can store anything. Hope no issues at all. :) The size is perfect as it perfect fit our perspective.

They did a great job installing to existing water line and were quick.

This is my third refrigerator in two years so hopefully the third time is the charm! So far so good. The first refrigerator was replaced fairly quickly as it was constantly running and very loud. The second refrigerator worked fine until last March when the compressor went out. I ended up losing all the food in my freezer and most of what was in my refrigerator. I thought Best Buy would replace the compressor but decided to just get me a new refrigerator though it took two months for the new one to be delivered. Fortunately, for everyone, I had a second refrigerator. The delivery went smoothly, and the two guys that delivered were very professional, and did a great job!

Just the cheapest and most basic model, but after the last year and a half with our old beat down fridge, it is a godsend! I love it. The guys that delivered it were super quick, efficient and respectful. I flipped the way the doors swing after I took this picture. It took me a little over an hour to flip it, but now that I know what I’m doing it could probably be done in like 20/30 minutes.

Randall went far above the call-of-duty: He and his helper happily delivered and set up the refrigerator at a remote location (as I had purchased the refrigerator to be installed in my RV). I couldn't have done it myself and was so grateful that I took out my wallet, yet Randall said that wasn't necessary. The location was rural Reddington (long past Settler's Bay) and the dirt, muddy road caused the U-Haul Best Buy was using to get stuck. Randall apologized (and was able to get unstuck minutes later). Randall even gave a positive recommend and told me he had the same refrigerator in his home.

I love this refrigerator! The ice maker is quick and quiet. I love being able to see everything in the fridge all of the time. It is easy to clean and the counter depth makes the kitchen seem wider. The split freezer is great. Also, love the door alarm if a door is left ajar.

The guys delivering the fridge were great and you could tell they knew what they were doing. They did a great job, for the most part. The only reason why i give 4 instead of 5 is because they didnt make sure the doors were properly lined up and didnt say anything to me about it needing to be done. The center piece doesnt line up to be used properly, causing a gap in my fridge that lets out the cold air.

Love this refrigerator. I replaced a 20y red old fridge and this is night and day. It is roomy, lighted amazingly inside and the tree-drawer freezer holds a huge amount of food. The installer was wonderful and careful and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. All in all a great experience and a good buy.

My experience with the 2nd set of delivery guys was, was excellent. No problem the guys was in and out of my home less than 20 minutes. The removed the old refrigerator brought in the new and hooked up the water lines. Cleaned up and out the door.

Great apartment sized refrigerator at a great price. Freezer works very well. Currently using as a backup for my full sized fridge that broke. Holds a good amount of food, but can still tuck away in the corner of the man cave. Would buy again.

The water line was reattached from the existing line. The workers done it with ease. Making sure the water line was properly installed. Making sure that I did not open the doors until two hours after installation.

Great fridge! Has a ton of space compared to my previous fridge and works well.

This refrigerator is amazing! The setup was a breeze and all the available apps make it really convenient when you’re doing something in the kitchen and your hands are full. The Alexa integration works very well as well as the integration with my ring alarm system. The top of the fridge is large and spacious, the middle drawer works very well for deli meats, and the freeze is great. I’m really enjoying the two ice makers. I would definitely recommend someone to get this fridge.
