This KVM switch works but not with the computers I wanted to tie together with the switch. As they say, "the devil is in the details". The two computers I wanted to hook up to the kvm switch are an old ACER running windows 7 (64-bit) and a new Dell Gaming Computer that would make your 16-year old envious. Anyway the New Dell worked perfectly with the switch but I just can't get the video on The ACER to work with the kvm switch. I know there is nothing wrong with the kvm switch because I temporarily replaced the ACER with another fairly new computer running windows 10. The switch worked. The only complaint is the 3± second pause between switching computers seemed a little long. Bottom line-I'm keeping the switch for use with other computers and perhaps will investigate buying another switch that has all the features this switch has but uses vga video instead of hdmi. And the beat goes on.

Worked as advertised but when used with wireless keyboard and mouse it would not bring computer out of sleep mode.

Ordered because new monitor only accepts HDMI inputs and needed DVI. Returned unopened when found I could use an adapter vice changing entire KVM.

Worked well for the 3 weeks that it worked. PCs powered down and the switch never saw either of them again. Bestbuy won't allow returns on this product after two weeks. I bought in on 4-28 and the unit stopped working 5-20.
