Bought this for my child to use at school and it does just what it says it will do. It allows multiple displays to be hooked up to her laptop along with a full keyboard and mouse, while only taking up one usb-c port. The charging is a plus too.

This docking station is very convenient to use with my laptop. The flat design with all of the connectors on one side allows all of the cords to face one direction and save space on the desk. l do wish the connecting cord to the laptop was twice as long for a little more flexibility of where to position it The fast processing speed is great with 2 external monitors and online services

With usb-c connector, it works with both Mac and windows. No drivers needed and with adapter, it powers the laptop as well The output resolution is good enough and if external monitors have speakers, this docking station supports sound transfer as well The design is sleek and has a cable management which is only for usb-c cable It’s worth the cost and supports 3 monitors

These work great, but I have had 1 overheat and stop working. I've purchased 6 of these now for the office. For the price, you can't really beat it. Just don't forget to download the application if you want to use all 3 monitors, and don't use any display adapters for best results.

Overall I liked this dock. It has got the 90W USB Type-C power supply. This delivers the power when the laptop is connected which I like. I have a personal and work laptop, an android phone. This one charger is handy when travel. I was able to access all my peripherals when connected. Only issue was with my HP laptop, sometimes when the PC is locked, the external hard drive was not recognized and I have to unplug and connect the main power supply again. This is even after the recommended drivers. I have not experience this issue with my Dell work laptop so far. Overall this product is okay, ideally should be sold for about $100.

A good docking station at a reasonable price. Love that I can use all three monitor seamlessly. Plenty of USB ports for webcam or wireless items. So far no lag issues from items attached. Love being able to switch between work and personal laptops so easily. I hate having visible cords all over and this helps alleviate that. I am able to place it on the edge of the desk and easily hide the cords on side.

Works as it should the lid over the cord feels a bit cheap. Otherwise, it's a decent deal on a docking station. I have 4 of these in use now.

Purchased this docking station for my new Origin EON17S laptop. This laptop is loaded with all sort of extras but capable of adding so much more, so wanted to have an all in one docking station so I can easliy hook up anything I want to add to my system without having to disconnect anything else.

Easy set-up, compact design, and excellent variety of ports.

Closest thing to a “real” docking station that I have seen.* Everything hanging from my laptop, including dual monitors, is plugged into this device and when I need to, I just unplug two wires - the power and the USB-C connector to the dock. You can also buy it without the power option. A very good purchase. Would do it again and do recommend it. *I don’t mean this as a disparaging remark, but I think back to my days when I had a docking station for my IBM laptop. Put the laptop on the dock, click, and you’re done.

We've purchased several of these units for our office. Easy to use, excellent quality. I just purchased another for my college student to use with her MacBook setup. Well worth the price. I highly recommend this.

Docking station appears to work great with 1 exception - laptop gives warning about slow charging every time the computer boots up. There does not seem to be any battery degradation and the computer stays at full charge while plugged into the dock. Could be Computer specific and seems to be a non issue.

connected to my HP and working great with 2 monitors, i may add a third soon. easy to connect and good quality. i recommend

I love the versatility of this docking station, however my laptop doesn’t charge through this I have to have it plugged in either regular power cord too.

Does what it's supposed to do. Would be nice if you could power up the laptop from it though.

So far, so good! Simple plug and play to hook up two monitors and peripherals. You can plug in a combination of hdmi and vga monitors. If my vga monitor goes out due to age, I will have the flexibility to replace without changing out this dock, so quite idea.

I bought this USB-C Dock to support an additional display and multiple connections. I didn't like the way all the cables were connecting into my laptop from a cable management standpoint and a wear and tear of those ports were a concern as I was continually plugging and unplugging cables when I wanted to be mobile with my laptop. This dock works great, no issues what-so-ever.

I had purchased two of these units (JCD543P), one for a Lenovo P73 and another for a Lenovo C940. The external monitors worked correctly on all ports and with two monitors connected, the external wireless mouse transceivers over all USB3 A ports worked correctly, however external hard drives over USB3 A ports did not work well. With PC plugged into external power, the issues were: without the dock power adapter plugged into the dock, when a single external hard drive was plugged in, the drive was momentarily seen, but inaccessible, then after a couple minutes was not recognized; with the dock power adapter plugged in, the drive was seen after a couple of minutes, clicked on the drive, sub-folders were seen, but could not drill down further as the drive was not fully accessible. Then after a couple of more minutes, the drive was not recognized. Two of these units were purchased, each one used on each of the above PCs, same issue on both systems with each dock, and the latest J5Create drivers were used. Both units were returned and I purchased the J5Create JCD381. When the JCD381 drivers were loaded, the installation recognized the latest J5Create drivers were already installed. When the JCD381 was plugged in, the same externals as before were tested, each drive was readily accessible, and both the HDMI ports were hooked up to externals, all without additional power connected to the adapter. This unit worked better than the JCD543P units.

If you are using a Mac, this dock will be a pain to install. Stick with Belkin brand. Wasted several hours with support trying to make this work. At the end of it they told be to return it since it's not compatible even though they say it is. I was surprised by the customer service solution to return and get something else as a solution. Which I did. I got a Belkin a bit more expensive but easy plug and play no driver's needed to install. So much easier.
