    I like it

    Bought this for my child to use at school and it does just what it says it will do. It allows multiple displays to be hooked up to her laptop along with a full keyboard and mouse, while only taking up one usb-c port. The charging is a plus too.

    Excellent, convenient docking station

    This docking station is very convenient to use with my laptop. The flat design with all of the connectors on one side allows all of the cords to face one direction and save space on the desk. l do wish the connecting cord to the laptop was twice as long for a little more flexibility of where to position it The fast processing speed is great with 2 external monitors and online services

  • Do I need to download the driver to use the docking station?

    The JCD543 can provide 1 additional display with not driver necessary. If you are trying to connect more then one display then yes, a driver is required.

  • Is this compatible with the HP Spectre x360 13t touch convertible laptop? I see that the laptop has the following spec: "2 USB 3.1 Gen 2 Type-C™ with Thunderbolt™ 3"

    Unfortunately, I would need the exact model number of your computer to see what type of ports your computer has. If the specifications say's that the computer has a Thunderbolt 3, then it will be compatible with JCD543P. Thank you, j5create.

  • Hi, Does this model work with Mac Big Sur 11.2.3, now? If not, is there another model you recommend that does and offers triple display feature? Also, will you confirm the triple displays are extended displays and not mirroring displays? Thank you!

    The JCD543 is compatible with macOS Big Sur on the Intel based Macs. If you are in possession of an M1 chip Mac, we do not have compatible software at this time. We are placing all customers in this situation on an "On-Hold" list and once those drivers are available, they will be notified.     The HDMI or DP port is Plug n Play and the other HDMI including VGA port requires a driver that you must download for proper functionality. So you will be able to use the HDMI, HDMI, VGA or DP, HDMI, VGA.   • I own an ASUS TUF Dash 15 (2021) Laptop, 15.6” Intel Core i7-11375H, 16GB DDR4, Windows 10, TUF516PR-DS77-WH. This Laptop has a Thunderbolt 4 (9A1B) port. Will this dock still be compatible with that? I've attached the details of my thunderbolt port.

    Your Asus computer has the 1x Thunderbolt 4 support DisplayPort / power delivery therefore the JCD543P will work.
