Absolutely love this Google Assistant JBL Speaker with Google Home display. Fantastic sound, larger screen than on A Google Home hub, with superior sound. I use as a bedroom clock, music streaming devise with additional JBL Link 300 paired on other nightstand. Images from Google are on auto rotation during the day with clock in bottom left of screen and when room darkens display changes to a very dim and large digital clock that is perfect for nighttime. I wish JBL would consider a new revised version with more of the Google Home/Assistant capabilities. This is my favorite smart device in my home by a long shot. Considering adding a Link View unit for my kitchen and master bathroom also.

Easy to set up, good size, easy to cast to as well and control the Smart home devices. The sound I'd the star. Pounding and clear. Only drawback would be the screen is slightly faded and attracts a lot of glare. But other than that. This is an absolute power house at $99.

I bought this and I decided to return it for the Google Nest Home Max as it has a better display. I returned that and went back to this and I am glad I did! First the JBL has better sound, by far! 2nd The communication is better than Google! The Mic's are by far way better on the LinkView and the responses super fast. I was in another room and spoke in normal voice and this thing picked it up no problem. The Google Nest Home Max was hit and miss, also I can say "Hey Google" and state my command and JBL was right on it. The Google device I had to say "Hey Google" wait and then ask it something. At 200.00 off Get this!!

I really like this bc I can watch videos on utube without having to boot up my iMac or use my phone- my only complaint is that voice communication isn’t always consistent- maybe it’ll get better the more I use it.

I bought this on sale for $99 so the review is based on that price not the full price. I would highly recommend this for sale price! It's a much better quality speaker then the Google version with a screen for not much more $. Being JBL it has a pretty good sounding speaker with a good amount of bass for it's size. The screen is an added bonus. I use it as a digital photo frame normally, and being Google based it syncs with my Google photos and rolls through my photos or it defaults to stock photos if you'd like as well. The ability to speak to it and have it start playing music/videos is a nice feature as well, and Google's voice assistant is pretty good. It can control all my smart home devices as well, like lights and thermostat. As stated before, for the sale price is highly recommend this. Compared to the Google version for $79 this one is much better quality, but also black and a bit bully too.

FANTASTIC! Great speakers and very simple! I love that you can turn the camera and mic on and off. The ratings for Google assistant are better than the other one, plus because Google owns youtube, I get free music because this model has a screen! UTTER PERFECTION!

I originally bought a Google home hub and was not very impressed with it at all. I took it back to the store and exchanged it for one of these and I am more than impressed. The sound quality is at least five times better on this than the Google version, and the bigger screen just feels a lot bigger, even though it's only one inch. The microphones pick up your voice fantastically and it is nice to actually have a camera so you can make video calls if you want. And I love the ability to use the manual shutter to block the camera so no one can spy on you remotely or whatever. Overall, this thing is phenomenal and absolutely worth the price. If you are going to buy one of these, I would say just forego the Google or Lenovo versions and go with the JBL, you will not be sorry.

I must admit that I was skeptical when I ordered this. I thought the screen would be so small and that other reviews touting the sound might be exaggerated. I have been pleasantly surprised. For starters, our kitchen experience has been enhanced ... we tell Google to play whatever music we're in the mood for and dance while we cook (you know what they say ... happy wife ...), and it's loud enough to party and the quality meets my expectations for everything from classical to 'rock the house' genres. The screen is actually big enough to read recipes. I don't print them anymore ... just google them and read as we go. We've used the music, Google assistant, timers .. so for me, it's well worth the convenience and features. Well, who doesn't appreciate Google? Now I appreciate JBL sound quality :-) I do wish the device had a built in rechargeable battery. I'd like to be able to move it to whatever room I'm hanging out in easily.

I love the JBL - Link View. I have lots of assistants around the house. I have a Lenovo 10" Smart Display, 7" Google hub, couple of Google Mini's, a large and small insignia smart speaker and a 1st and 3rd generation echo dot. The JBL - Link View has the best sound out of all of them (closely followed by the Insignia large smart speaker). I am not going to go into specs between them all...I am just going to say that this speaker has the best bass reproduction in the group. You may think the sound out of the other devices are great...until you listen to the JBL - Link View...then you will realize what you are missing. Picked it up for $95 on a Deal of the Day...and I cannot be happier with the purchase!!

I was looking for a decent Bluetooth speaker for my kitchen when I stumbled on this deal for 99., built in google connects instantly to control the few “smart home” accessories I have, the bonus is the screen, looking up You Tube recipes and watching them without draining my phone batteries. I am not super techie, so won’t go into specifics, but great sound/picture, best purchase I’ve made in awhile!

Great sound, balanced even though the bass is strong, can get very loud. If you already use Google Home it’s very easy to add this device. The design is actually more fun and pleasing to me than I thought it would be. Screen is just fine even though there’s a bit of glare, works great for slideshows of your favorite photos.

OK, it's JBL so you know the sound will be great, but the display and microphone are also fantastic.I got i got to replace a Home Mini in our kitchen and my wife LOVES it when she is cooking... She loves that you can find recipes and it will walk you through at your command, she has multiple timers set (and it displays the time left on all timers) and she can be listening to Taylor Swift and then ask it to convert metric to standard measurements etcetera. The screen is bright and clear. It might a little big (like a football cut in half) but for the speaker quality, if you have room this is an exceptional speaker. I would highly recommend this to a friend.

This is a great little smart home device. The best part is the amazing sound, which actually puts out base unlike my Google home and minis. The screen is nice too. Only problem I've had lately is having to restart it occasionally to get the wifi reset. Easy fix though.

I bought this when it first became available. The screen is a nice addition to a great sounding speaker. I almost returned this item because you could not add this speaker to your home groups. Luckily before I returned it they updated this speaker and made it available in your groups. Now this speaker is perfect. Highly recommend. This sounds better than any other display smart speaker.

It's like a Nest Hub, but with a bigger, somewhat better screen, really nice quality speakers (and bumpitty bass), and a goofy looking design. If you can get past the way it looks, it makes for a great device. Be wary of the sub on the back - it's exposed and kind of easy to poke with misplaced fingers.

I was looking for a Google assistant smart display for my kitchen. I saw this on sale for $99 (in my budget) from $299 (way out of my budget) and thought I'd give it a try. The sound is way better than the Google mini it replaced (obviously), and the microphones pick up commands better too. It's nice to have a decent sized display. Now I can see how much time is left on timers, the outside temp without asking, weather forecast, look at recipes, etc. I also have it set to run pictures of our newborn when not in use. I would highly recommend at the price I paid, and even slightly higher, but I don't think I could talk myself into the original price at $299.

Great product! Love that it does almost everything you tell it to. Google assistant is amazing. Was super surprised at how much it could do. Great sound. Only thing could improve on, pairing to more speakers, cant use without wifi, and it has to be plugged in. Would get 5 stars if it could do that.

I bought this one as part of a promotion (99$), I have 2 lenovo assistants (8 and 10), some google hubs and speaker etc. I'm the connected type of guy. Well let me tell you this one is impressive, it boost a sound that easily fills in a room while keeping the advantage of having a screen for your pictures. I bought the same for my parents, I can tell you they love it. They are not really tech friendly but I assigned an album from google photos where we all post our pictures (the 3 brothers). They love it and listen to their music on it!
