This was a birthday gift for my daughter after she purchased her first car. Unfortunately she bought a base model so the stereo system wasn’t updated. One of biggest perks is that the installation was Free* which took about 2 hours. My kid is happy to be have both the carplay and Bluetooth connectivity. I really wanted her to be able to use the phone hands free while driving whether to answer a call or for navigation. I’ll be adding the back up camera next as another precaution since this radio does have that capability as well.

There are only 2 things I dislike about this radio. First, it doesn’t have a knob, which I think is the easier way to control the volume while driving. When I get on the freeway, it feels a little dangerous to repeatedly tap the screen in order to increase volume. Secondly, it says SiriusXM ready, but you need to buy a vehicle tuner for it to connect directly. I like that this radio can connect to my phone via Bluetooth and that it has Apple CarPlay. It’s overall better than my last radio, but it’s not perfect.

This is on the M560BT unit. It looks nice in the car and I have not had any issues with it. I used the screen to change the volume and that works fine. I have no issue with the date changing as others have stated. I added the steering wheel harness so I can change volume, mute the radio, seek preset up, and seek presets down. All this works fine The screen responds well to touches and is clear. Apple car play was easy to set up and I have used it most of the time. Also installed a backup camera which it responds to with a great picture. It would be nice if it allowed you to reverse the picture as some backup cameras do not properly display the image behind you. It is half as deep as other radios. This is nice as you have more space behind the radio to house your new harnesses in.

I struggled with the dizzying array of choices for double din head units, but I ended up selecting this one due to an open box being available at my local Best Buy. That was an excellent decision. This radio has exceeded my expectations in every way. Typically I add an amp or two to all of my vehicles, and externally amplify all of my highs and add a sub. When I saw that this unit supplies 22w RMS x4, I doubted I'd be satisfied with the audio quality. I was proven wrong, with the factory 6 speaker system in my '08 Fusion, it sounds surprisingly good. Deep full bass and clear treble all the way up to 3/4 volume on the unit, from the tuner or over Android Auto. Android auto seems to be quite worthwhile as well. I struggled with whether I'd use the features enough to justify the additional cost, but I will now that I know how well it works. It can understand me clearly, even with my phone inside the center compartment where I ran the usb cable from the radio. If you're looking for a Double Din, touchscreen head unit with Android Auto, look no further. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Love this radio! Better than the Mercedes OEM Apple car play. This one has a touch screen, waaaaay easier and SAFER than most original car radios. You can easily get distracted with the original radio looking at the screen and manipulating a knob to get what you want. With this all you have to do is touch the screen! For those who want it loud you might want to add an amplifier but for me it is more than enough. Best Buy installation was quick with very courteous and helpful employees, no upsell like the independent stereo stores. Definitely very happy with this purchase! Makes long trips very pleasant!

Had the unit installed by Geek Squad. Fits perfectly in the dash. Looks great. Love the touchscreen. Interfaces with the steering wheel controls. Wired Apple CarPlay. GS tuned in the stereo for optimal sound. Wife absolutely loves it. 2009 Dodge Challenger SRT8

The sound is so clear…I love this radio and the Bluetooth is perfect, no road noise for the person on the other end of the call!!!

It's great unit for the price. I was able to install it in my 2013 Volkswagen Jetta with ease.

Had employees install and it was great! Have had little to no issues so far & enjoy CarPlay on it. UI on actual radio is unattractive but if you plan on using it for(wired) CarPlay and android auto I can assure you it’ll be a nice purchase. Not sure how it compares to cheaper ones but this unit was nice!

I love the purchase I made at Best Buy. I brought a JVC stereo for my car, and it was the best purchase I’ve made in a while. The sound is clear. The installation was pristine. Most of all, the staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

Very satisfied with this product for my 2012 Toyota Corolla. Only drawback is you’ll need a controller to handle steering wheel volume installed, which can be a hassle with volume being a intergraded with touch screen.

Great if you don’t mind plugging in your phone to play music without Bluetooth. I would say it is the most affordable you can get with all the features like CarPlay, maps capability, touchscreen etc but I ended up having to return for a pioneer radio because the gentleman I purchased this from at best Buy said this one had bluetooth but it sadly did not so I had to keep using the charger cord to play music. Also, If you are buying this for a 2013 Chevy Cruze like I did it doesn’t fit very well into your new set up. The pioneer is much better and fits into the display way better with no gaps so I would 100% recommend that one instead. I added a photo of each one it’s hard to see but there is a huge gap between the plastic with this JVC one.

It was a great early Christmas gift for my girlfriend her stock backup camera broke and she loved the Apple car play in my car the dealer wanted more then I paid the geek squad for new stereo and backup camera a great value

So far so good. Easy to use set up and navigate. Nice screen only issue was said Xm ready had to buy 70$ part for Xm to work

Great little unit. Plenty of options the gestures make the entire screen a colume knob. Would recommend if you want to have andriod auto or carplay this is the one for you!

Very Easy to navigate and compatible with android. This makes traveling made easier.

I like this stereo okay but when I use the voice activated song selection the unit takes me out of the playlist that I am in. That's a little frustrating but not a deal killer. I would like to have an equalizer as well but overall I am satisfied with my purchase. The installation was top notch.
