I really wanted to love this chair. I basically do love everything about it except the lumbar support. It's a section of the chair that is hard and inflexible and it sticks out way too far to make things even close to comfortable when you sit in it. Your upper back doesn't even touch the back of the chair and the lumbar support pushes you too forward in the seat. I've tried adjusting it in multiple ways and the only thing that I can think that would make it better is to be able to remove the lumbar support all together. It doesn't appear I can do that. I just wanted to let others know that the lumbar support is pretty crazy. And it was not comfortable for me. I don't know if I can return this chair but sitting in it makes my back hurt. And I don't have back issues.
