    Small tear

    Chair had a small tear on the upper section. I didn’t assemble it right away so I didn’t follow up with customer service.

    Office chair

    My only issue with it is that its not very tall. So even though it says the top has neck support, it doesn't. I'm 5'6" and the top of the back of the chair barely reaches my lower shoulder. I have to decide whether to keep it, because I have neck & back issues.

    Great chair!

    It is a great chair but it was missing one of the nails, however my husband made it work without it. I didn’t want to return it because it is so cute and comfortable! I def recommend it!

    It requires assembly, but it's easy. Basically just tightening the screws and putting things together.

    Idk I assembled it myself. This is the complete instruction manual. I didn't find it difficult.
