For the price of $4K, not real happy with it. It’s two complete ovens so leveling them in the cabinet exactly was a bit of a challenge. My other whirlpool of 25 years was one unit & much easier to install. They look beautiful but don’t cook so well. Takes forever to preheat. When oven says it’s preheated to 350, it might actually be 200. Does not cook to set temp (about 50 degrees under) and temperature does not stay consistent. This goes for both ovens. Repairman was here but didn’t know how to fix it—-said he’d b back, but we haven’t heard from him since. That was over a week ago.

Love the look… so far works well. This is the second go around. First double ovens had error codes & did not work. Best Buy’s worked it out with us. The fulfillment center did not communicate well & we missed our first delivery when we were home. It was a journey & im glad the ovens look good!

Very nice looking great in my space quality excellent learning to adjust from gas to electric but so far very explainable. Delivery, haul away and installation was by Dan excellent and his customer service outstanding on explaining on items thank you. You do need to go over your rescheduling methods for raining days for customers or explain on raining days no deliveries.

We had to wait 6 months to get this oven but now that the wait is over - it works great and we like the fact that both ovens are convection unlike the previous KitchenAid.

I have had to replace my ovens of 25 years...hard to find one to fit the opening but thanks to BestBuy I located a KitchenAid 24" that fits. With the help of Hector the installer it fits perfectly, he did a wonderful job. The wood has been painted to match the cabinets, It looks SUPER!

So far so good! Built in meat thermometer is a nice feature. Confection oven as well. Go for the 27” if you can fit it.

I do not like this oven. You have to click through too many screens just to turn on the oven and it is too "smart" for its own good. For example, you cannot start a cook timer while the oven is preheating. So, if I want to put something in before the oven is at the temperature I set, I cannot start a timer. The chime for the oven is also mechanical and very quiet, even when set to full volume. Even my children do not hear it go off when the kitchen is busy or people are talking. I got a great price on this through Best Buy, so we will keep it, but I would not recommend this product.

This 24" KitchenAid oven is beautiful. Two identical ovens stacked together. I did a great deal of research before installation as 24" in Double wall oven is hard to find. Two cables need to go to a single junction box which can be located in the middle of the cutout in a recessed fashion. A good installer who is familiar with this model is very important.

There were basically 3 options to replace our double oven in the very small space. We went with what we thought was the best option (Kitchen Aid, Whirlpool or GE). It is a convection oven and Unfortunately we weren’t aware that more ampage was required so installation was delayed, we had to hire an electrician to bring in a new line for it, and then find that is is a very small measurement inside and most pans we own don’t fit. I am not happy with it at all.

Difficult to adjust the settings. Doors do not easily

specifications say 208 volts. shouldn't this be 240 volts.
