Love my new oven. It is such an upgrade from my 30+ year home built oven. The inside diameter is bigger than my old one so regular pans fit great. It was a sliding shelf that i love. Note that in reading the reviews- others warn NOT to use self clean so I do not plan to use it. It is damaging. NOW I just need to trim it out. Very satisfied!

We purchased this wall oven in late 2020 knowing that it would take a while to arrive. Once it did arrive in early March it was super easy to install and worked wonderfully. Unfortunately within then first month of use it started having a error with the TouchPad and likes to shut down which make any cooking a challenge. We've had two repair people out and unfortunately no one has parts. So we sit here with a great product that works about 50% of the time. Easily a 5 star product when it works and a nice wall decoration when it doesn't.

We have had this oven for a month now, very easy to install. Directions were simple except for oven door. Went on youtube for door removal. Seems to be working real well, nice features too. very happy.

After broiling 3 times in this oven, I set it to clean for the FIRST time. After cleaning for 4 hours, the glass on the inside of the door has grease stains between the glass and the black panel on the inside of the door is discolored above the glass. I called Kitchen Aid to have it repaired and found out through the repair company that "cosmetic warranty" is only for 30 days and wouldn't be covered under the 1 year warranty of the oven. I would have to pay to have the inside glass and inside black panel replaced, as well as labor which would total over $500. There is no guarantee it wouldn't happen again. I again called Kitchen Aid, who confirmed that it's "cosmetic" and doesn't affect the function of the oven. The repair wouldn't be covered and Kitchen Aid doesn't have a claims department.

We decided on this oven after reading about it on Consumer Reports. We do a lot of baking, and really wanted an oven that would be even and predictable. This IS that oven. We have used it non-stop for the past month and it is wonderful. Everything we wanted. Heats up quickly. Very even. We couldn't be happier!

I like the way this KitchenAid looks - contemporary and sleek, but I love the way it operates! If I've got a convection recipe, it'll actually convert the oven temperature for me. I love the over-size window with the clear glass in the front that gives me a better sense of how my meal is cooking: a quick glance with the light on is all I need to know whether my meal is ready or needs a few more minutes.

Excellent appliance with all the best features one could want. The retail store, Pacific Sales (Best Buy) in Newbury Park, California was outstanding with their help in identifying what would best serve our needs and in scheduling deliveries.

We have enjoyed this oven. We had to substitute a different microwave unit due to total electrical requirements needed for both. Took a longer time to get all the right pieces together than we expected. Needed a different trim kit than originally ordered. The oven works well.

We love our new oven really updates our kitchen. It is very quiet even in convection mode. We can't even tell its on. Some of the reviews said the fan was a bit noisy, but not in our case . Now you can hear the cooling fan a bit not really to bad.

An excellent oven. One must be sure to allow for the extra depth of a convection oven in order to avoid installation grief. Looks beautiful -- excellent oven light. Touch controls are a little too sensitive.

Great oven. Love the inside size, the light when opening oven and the one rack that is on sliding mechanism and can be moved to several levels. Oven cabinet opening did need to be made about 1/4 inch larger to fit.

Excellent for baking. Can’t comment yet about convection settings due to limited experience. Love the interior appearance and easy-to use best ever oven racks. Read instructions about cleaning to keep the interior sparkling.

Beautiful to look at, works great! Love the inside of this oven, it's actually pretty! I especially love the racks, which have handles for easy grabbing. The racks move smoothly, and everything I've baked so far has turned out great. I'm very happy with this purchase!

I purchased this to help get a more reliable bake for all of the business I was drumming up with my home baking business. I was very impressed with this oven initially. Frankly, anything was better than the burn box I had before, but I loved how this looked aesthetically and it was one of the few ovens small enough to fit into my built in cabinets. Now, more than a year in, it's notably less reliable with baking. The back of the oven has developed "hot spots" on conventional cooking and I still can't seem to get convection calibrated. Part of my challenge with convection settings is probably a learning curve, but I've resorted to only baking on conventional settings and rotating my pans to avoid hot spots. The oven also loses heat fast now. I understand losing heat when you open the door for an extended period of time or put in a large batch that will absorb that heat, but I regularly find that the oven drops 15-30 degrees below what I set it at before I even get my trays in the oven. The drop in temperature has topped 50 degrees during a bake. I've made a habit of turning off the oven mid-bake and resetting the temperature to ensure it gets back up to temp. If I don't turn the oven it still reads as the set temperature, but when I turn it off and reset it the monitor tells me how much the temperature actually dropped. At the end of the day, it looks nice and it bakes, but I definitely expected more consistency from a brand like KitchenAid.

Nice size oven, can fit sheet pans very easily. I use it as a second oven and keeps food warm at 170 degrees and does not dry food out. Heats up fast. Has a nice roll out rack.
