Well constructed product. Very pleased with the way it looks and more importantly it is quiet. There was more draw space than I thought there would be. My only concern is the amount of time it took to get it. Expected deliveries were canceled twice.

Beautiful modern built -in, looks great, still trying to figure out the icemaker on the bottom drawer it leaks a little bit.

We had this added under our countertop in our kitchen! We have LOVED having this refrigerator. It holds quite a bit! And it gives you a beep to remind you that you didnt close it all the way!

Great quality for the price. Replaced an older appliance by another manufacturer, this one is far superior

This unit allowed me to combine both my refrigerator/freezer and icemaker in a nice convenient package. It’s great for the limited space that I have. In addition, being able to have the cabinet fronts installed makes it integrate seamlessly into my setup.

Only negative comment is for ice cubes, should be smaller in size.

Love the look and convenience these drawers offer! So beautiful with the cabinet door facings! Glad I chose that option however, wasn’t easy to install cabinet facing- poor instructions.so far extremely happy with though.

Very good, works perfect!! Went in perfect, was making ice in 20 min.

I was going to get an ice maker, but then I learned it makes the ice and then drains, makes the ice and then drains, etc. vs. being a freezer. With this, it will make the ice and then for parties I can add another bin to collect ice.

One slide rail on bottom drawer making a metal to metal grinding noise. 2 vendors could not fix it. Repair man condemned it. Back ordered waiting to receive new replacement. 2 litre bottle just clears the top barely.

Delivery experience was excellent. Refrigerator works well but is a little noisy.

We use ours to set the temp as high as it will go and store fruits in the top drawer and vegetables in the bottom drawer. We eat a lot of produce and find that this keeps them in better condition than a colder refrigerator. Also more convenient because it is under the counter on an island across from the stove, where all produce is prepared.

We had an older model and decided to get another .

Purchased this especially for the kiddies. Easy to get out water or juice boxes.

The appliance is fine but could be a lot better with soft close drawers and drawer floors that are flat so bottles are more stable. Also ice maker takes up a lot of freezer space.

Replaced previous refrig . Easy transaction with pacific sales . . Appoiance delivered earlier than expected .

Bought these in June and loved them until they stopped cooling in December. What a disappointment. Pricey investment but worked perfectly to supplement the counter depth refrigerator in our kitchen. Installation was tricky to get the perfect fit. Kitchen Aid/ Whirlpool Warranty won't cover pulling them out to work on them. For $2700 they should! They wanted us to hire a handy man and pay them to pull our the drawers and push it back in. The service tech won't It has taken a month to get the parts etc. Customer service superivsor at KA hasn't returned my call to rectify the situation. Should've bought a Sub Zero for the money I've spent on it and the $ I am going spend on a sub contractor so they will work again. We will never buy another KitchenAid or Whirlpool Product.
