Q: Will I need a different set of mixer blades for this bowl? I have the glass bowl model KF26M2CCA,.
A: In looking at a Model: KF26M2CCA, it shows it IS a machine with a 6 quart glass Bowl-Lift system, which means the only difference is one is glass and the other is stainless, so the same mixer blades would work with both bowls. In fact I have a Model: KV25G0XSL with both a 5 quart and a 6 quart bowl and all my blades work with both. The units that have a 4 1/2 quart or less bowl require different (smaller) blades.
Q: I have a kitchenaid pro 600 stand mixer with a 6 qt bowl, can i purchase a 5 qt to fit?
