My wife just voluntold to become the new social events coordinator for her work. Now these are both mandatory fun events as well as public relations functions to represent her group. The previous coordinator had their own speaker and mic combo to use at these events and took that with them so my wife told me to be on the lookout for an easy to use, light, and loud speaker that also had a mic or at least a mic input. The Klipsch Vegas Music City Party Speaker hit ALL of her requirements and I'm a rockstar now! Since I'M the guy who is going to be using this for her at these events, I appreciate that it has full physical controls as well as app controls. I'll use the physical controls if I'm right there but have the option to step away and still respond to her requests. Too many of these systems have offloaded controls to their apps and this can sometimes be a pain (kinda like car makers getting rid of physical knobs and buttons). This is also fortunate, because while you CAN use the Klipsch app, it is probably the weakest element out of the whole package. That's not to say that it's bad, it just isn't as fleshed out as some of the apps for speakers that DO require their usage. So it's a give and take. I'd MUCH rather have the physical controls so Klipsch is the best in my opinion if you need a great speaker with lots of options to make it fun. So what are the things I like and don't like? Let's start with the likes: 1. Sound: First off and most importantly, a speaker like this had better sound good and get LOUD. The Vegas does both. It sounds great at both lower and higher volumes without distortion and it can get dangerously loud. Oh, and I've read some other reviews saying this thing doesn't have bass, but they either have a defective unit or they have lost the lower register of their hearing! This thing can pump out teeth rattling bass. If you can situate it in an ideal location like a corner and boost the reflection, you can really make people feel it. For a speaker of its size, it does great. 2. Lights: Now I don't care about this feature at all, but my wife did. I appreciate that the lighting setup is not absolutely silly, AND the fact that I can change it VERY easily. To me, it's as 'understated' as party lights can be on a speaker other than not existing. 3. Portability: I appreciate that even my 110lb, 4'11" wife can cart this around without struggling. I can sling this thing around no problem. The handle makes it easy to carry and is well balanced. The fact that you can orient it any which way without damaging it (due to the multitude of padded feet), makes this incredibly easy to use at home or out and about. 4. Microphone: I COMES WITH ONE! Is it the best? I don't know, but I was able to quickly annoy my wife with stupid lines from movies in no time! The only thing I wish is that the Vegas had either a clip or storage bin to hold on to it when not in use. I'm nitpicking, but maybe for Vegas 2.0! Don't Like: (And none of these are dealbreakers whatsoever.) 1. App: If Klipsch could build out their app a bit more, mostly in showing what was playing rather than just having the pause/play, forward, back functions. Otherwise it is simple enough to not have the controls buried. 2. Hiss: There is quite a bit of hiss coming from the speaker when nothing is actively playing. I'm guessing it is the amp and is a function of a speaker that needs to throw sound out loud. I'm going to play with some of the settings to see if I can minimize it. My wife doesn't even notice it, but as a reformed audiophile it stands out to me. It is completely unnoticeable when playing music, and probably would not be noticed by anyone other than me. Conclusion: If you are looking for a great portable party speaker that is easy to use, is loud, kicks out the bass, has lights but not a silly amount, and can be used with an included mic (or even have a guitar plugged in, natch), the Klipsch Vegas part speaker is a great value for the price. I got serious 'good hubby' points for getting it.

I am a retired Electronics Technician of nearly 40 years of experience. I also am the very happy owner of multiple Klipsch Tower and Atmos height speakers bought for myself at Best Buy so when the opportunity came up to test a Klipsch portable Vegas "party speaker" I honestly thought to myself, "What could the Vegas possibly bring to the table that my Klipsch Reference Series Dual 8" 600-Watt Passive 2-Way Tower Speakers with a pair of Klipsch Reference Series 4" 100-Watt Passive 2-Way Atmos Height Channel Speakers cannot?" And yes, I bought them at Best Buy with my own money. I say this so that you know I truly value Klipsch quality enough to spend my own money on them! The answer to that question what the Vegas has that my other Klipsch speaker don't is: Portability! Including the fact that they can be operated on their internal battery for up to several hours. My Klipsch Towers are nowhere near "portable". The Vegas is relatively small and lightweight. So lightweight that even I can carry it to our grandchildren's events if they require music! And the playback of music is what Klipsch speakers have always excelled at and the Vegas is no exception to that musical truth! In fact, we took it to the Summer Bible Camp our grandchildren attend and it was fantastic for both music and with the mic hooked up, speaking with the students! * The weight is 17.6 lbs. * The Dimensions are 16.5"(H) X 12.1"(W) X 11.8"(D) The battery is rated to last up to 8 hours with the lights being used and up to 12 hours if they are off. I personally got just over 13 hours of continuous use for music playback with my Grace Digital Link Music Streamer as the source and not using the lights! I am thinking volume level will also work into battery life for playback, but that is a variable that is entirely personal and I had the speaker set to 4 or 5 for volume level as indicated on the application. Speaking of which the Klipsch Vegas is rated for a maximum acoustic output of 95db. That is plenty loud. Once I downloaded the app I proceeded to quickly and easily pair the speaker t0 my iPhone 16 Pro Max. You don't need to use the app but it opens more features to you and makes them easy to access and use. I could not bring myself to use anywhere near the max volume setting of the Klipsch Vegas but suffice to say it was superb at reproducing all of my music from Frank Sinatra and Big Bands of the 1940s to The Beatles, Stones, Dolly Parton and more! There is an "Ultra Bass" selector button on the top of the Vegas and it makes a difference in bass loudness but one I found not necessary for my enjoyment. It was neither intrusive nor "boomy". Nice, solid deep (especially for a 5" woofer!) bass and more than adequate. The Klipsch Vegas also has a horn loaded tweeter, a hallmark of Klipsch quality and excellence in musical reproduction and it worked as well as any Klipsch Horn Loaded tweeter setup I have ever owned. In a word: Great! The Klipsch Vegas is monophonic of course but if you purchase another you can easily pair them for a stereophonic setup. There are two standard size 1/4" microphone inputs (one mic is included!) on the rear of the speaker located under a cover along with a USB-A port for firmware updates and device charging such as a phone. There is also a mini-audio jack input for auxiliary devices such as a from my Grace Digial Link Music Streamer's RCA out using an RCA to Mini-Jack, DAP (Digital Audio Player) or if you are truly old school, a portable cassette player or CD player. Excellent! The top of the vegas features standard dial congtrols and there are also controls in the Klipsch Application. This unit is light, easy to carry with a battery that has the potential to last over half a day and versatile with Microphone output and multiple colored lights that pay with the music and are select via the control buttons on the top of the Vegas. With Bluetooh and mini-jack connectivity to help give you playback choices. All in all this unit is more than adequate, more than capable and more than easy to use. And it is genuinely portable! I cannot recommend it enough for anyone that wants to have their fun set to music be it at the park, the beach or home!

I have had the Klipsch Vegas Music City Bluetooth Party Speaker for about a week now, and I absolutely love this thing! The first thing that surprised me was the size. It is much bigger than I was expecting, but after hearing it for the first time, I was glad it was. This speaker delivers an impressive amount of power while maintaining excellent clarity, even at higher volumes. Getting started was quick and easy. The Bluetooth 5.2 pairing took only a few seconds, and I was listening to music almost immediately. There is also the option of aux input. The large control knobs are easy to use and give the speaker a classic, professional feel. I especially like having dedicated controls for volume and lighting effects instead of having to navigate through an app. One of my favorite features is the ability to turn the lighting completely off. The LED effects are awesome when you're hosting a party or having friends over, but there are plenty of times when I just want some background music while sitting around the fire pit with my family. Having the option to switch between party mode and a more relaxed atmosphere is a nice touch. The Bass Boost button is another feature I use regularly. It adds a nice punch without overpowering the rest of the music, and I usually leave it enabled. My kids have been having a blast with the built-in sound effects. The party horn, DJ scratching, and crowd cheering always get a laugh and make the speaker even more fun to use. Klipsch also includes a microphone, which opens up a lot of possibilities. Whether you're hosting an event, making announcements, or downloading a karaoke app for a fun night with friends, it works great. You can even connect a guitar or another instrument if you want to use the speaker as a small portable PA system. There are dedicated controls for microphone volume, bass, treble, and echo, along with microphone gain and guitar volume adjustments on the back, giving you plenty of flexibility. Another thoughtful feature is the built-in USB-A charging port. It lets you keep your phone charged while streaming music over Bluetooth, which is especially useful during long parties or cookouts. The speaker itself feels incredibly well built. It is solid without feeling awkward to move thanks to the sturdy built-in handle. I also like that Klipsch added rubber feet on three different sides, allowing you to position the speaker upright or on its side depending on where you're using it. The LED lighting is another highlight. The illuminated Klipsch logos on the sides and the two light rings around the speakers create a fun atmosphere that syncs with the music. There are several lighting modes to choose from, or you can simply turn them off whenever you prefer. The IPX4 water resistance rating provides some peace of mind if you're using it outside. While I wouldn't leave it sitting in heavy rain, I wouldn't worry about an accidental splash by the pool or a passing light shower. If one speaker is not enough, you can pair multiple Vegas Music City speakers together to cover a much larger area. That makes them a great option for backyard parties, larger gatherings, or even mounting on speaker poles for events. Battery life has also been excellent. Charging is fairly quick, and I still have not managed to drain the battery during a listening session. Klipsch claims 12 hours of battery with the lights off and 8 hours of battery with the lights on. Overall, I have been extremely impressed with the Klipsch Vegas Music City Bluetooth Party Speaker. It looks great, sounds fantastic, and includes features that make it much more versatile than a typical Bluetooth speaker. Whether you're grilling in the backyard, relaxing by the pool, spending a day at the beach, hosting a karaoke night, or simply listening to music around the house, this speaker fits just about any occasion. My family has been having a great time with it, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a powerful, portable party speaker.

Great design, fun features, great sound, and portable. The Vegas is a step above all the other portable speakers I have owned and used. Pros 1. Great sound. Sound is big without sacrificing clarity. The vocals are clear and the low end is solid with punchy bass that carries. There is no distortion or loss of definition at max volume. There is also an ultra-bass button that pushes bass to the max - you can feel the bass, but it was makes the bass boomy and was too much for me. 2. Bright multi-colored LED Lights behind the speaker grille and an illuminated Klipsch logo on both sides with variable music synced patterns. 3. Large physical buttons and knobs for most every setting you need to adjust on the go. You can even cycle thru the light patterns without the app. 4. The case design is very thoughtful. There is a molded handle that makes the speaker easy to carry one handed. There is a device holder slot in the top that is perfect for your phone or tablet... it sits at a good angle for reading lyrics for Karaoke. There are feet on the bottom and long side to allow you to use it in either orientation. Ports for audio inputs, microphone, and power are recessed with have beefy rubber plugs. 5. Klipsch Connect Plus App works perfectly to wirelessly change basic settings, lets you pick specific light colors, includes additional detailed setup items (power off time and linked speakers), and has an equalizer. 6. The included corded microphone is great for karaoke. It has no feedback and picks up voices well, even if you don't hold it perfectly. There are also independent adjustable input knobs for the microphone (volume, bass, treble, echo) so you can balance it with the main audio source. There is also plenty of cord (just under 10ft) so you can stand comfortably to the side of the speaker. 7. Bluetooth pairing is easy and performance is great. We easily swapped between 3 phones and an iPad multiple times. The audio did not drop out even if the current DJ walked a few rooms away (~30ft). 8. Fun prerecorded sound effect for air horn, record scratch, and applause that are great for a laugh. Things to Consider 1. I was impressed with the battery performance, but it was just a little under the 8hrs quoted by Klipsch at 7-7.5hrs with lights on at 50-100% volume. It did take around 3hrs to recharge, can be used while charging (or just run on AC power), and the power cord is just a little over 5ft long. 2. This is the nicest sounding, but not the loudest party speaker I have owned. If you are looking for max volume, over quality, you might want to listen to a few in store. It is plenty loud and can easily fill our house with sound, but you have to max it out. Volume can also vary by input source (including over Bluetooth). The first phone we had linked was limiting the volume and we were disappointed with the loudness of the speaker. When we swapped to an iPad, there was a noticeable difference and now we love it.

The Vegas is the smallest of the three outdoor “party” speakers in Klipsch’s “Music City” line, the others being the Miami and the New York. The release of the Music City devices started last year with models that were smaller, designed for indoor, home listening. Weighing almost 14 lbs. the Vegas is not designed for bookshelf or table top placements. These are party speakers, to satisfy a crowd of friends, with a long battery life, a karaoke mic included, and synchronized light show to go along. I appreciated the ecological friendly packaging, with no styrofoam or plastic wrapping to limit recycling. The "disco" lights are easily turned off, adding hours to the play time. Music inputs are several as well: a microphone input for karaoke singalongs, a standard 1/4” jack input for a guitar or similar, a USB port that will play off a memory stick holding your favorite tunes (or to charge up your phone) and standard 3.5mm input also is present to allow you to connect to a CD player, or other external play sources. The Klipsch Connect PLUS app is easily downloaded. Note that there is also a Klipsch Connect app (without the Plus suffix), that is used for other speakers. The brief owner’s manual directs you to the PLUS variation, so make sure you have the right app. Unfortunately, I had significant initial hassles getting the speaker connected to my iPhone, which is my usual repository of music. The Klipsch Connect Plus app found the Vegas promptly, and my phone showed the Vegas speaker as one of my list of Bluetooth devices. But when I touched the “play” button, the output defaulted to the phone speaker. Looking at the Music app, in the pull down list for the output choice, the Vegas speaker did not show as a choice in the list of linked speakers. I shut down the phone, and restarted (the time honored cure-all for computers and devices since the 1980s, is to “reboot”). It took a couple of tries, but this finally got music to play through the speaker. It was then time to sit down and do some listening. However the initial playing of several songs ALL had a problem with skipped segments, one second losses of any sound, and a lot of static. It reminded me of my youth, listening on a car AM radio in 1973 to a station that was about 75 miles away. My first thought was I must have gotten a defective speaker, and would need to return it for replacement. So I packed up for the night. Undaunted, I tried again the next day. Once again I was troubled with Bluetooth pairing up my iPhone with the Vegas speaker, as I had the day before. So I decided to try a different music source. I started the process over, this time using my iPad as the music source. The Klipsch Connect Plus app is available in the App store for the iPad. I set it up just like on the iPhone. Bluetooth pairing to the iPad went smoothly, and this time connected and played to the Vegas speaker, with clarity and smooth continuity. Why the iPad would play smoothly and the iPhone seemed plagued with connection and playback static and skips, is beyond my comprehension. The issue might have been that I have several more Bluetooth devices paired to the iPhone, than the iPad, But this has not been a problem with other mobile Bluetooth speakers that I own, from other manufacturers. However, with the change to the iPad, the skipping and static had cured itself. I started listening in the basement, as it was raining out. Although the speaker has an excellent IPX-4 water/splash rating, I didn’t want to sit outside in the rain. The next day, the rain had ceased, so testing was moved outdoors. This is a party speaker, so let the good times roll. I started out with the greatest hits album of The Cars, and the song “Let the Good Times Roll” sounded great. I moved on to several other selections: vocals, instrumentals, and classical music from trios to full orchestra. All had stellar reproduction, although the party lights seemed a bit out of place with Beethoven. There is an “Ultra Bass” button on the top of the speaker, which adds an extra thump and oomph to the soundtrack. Other buttons on the top of the speaker interject sound effects: an air horn blaring, hands clapping, and a simulated “record scratch”. All these options can be controlled in the app, if that is where you are DJ-ing from: “UltraBass”, volume, treble and bass, strobe effects, etc. Klipsch includes a plug in microphone for karaoke, with a separate volume control for the vocal input, to round out the party capabilities of the speaker. Battery life is stated to be 8 hours, if the light show is turned off, and 6 hours if you have the lights on. The lights illuminate the front panel and the both sides keeping time with the music. Being the smallest/lightest of the Music City party speakers at 14 pounds (about 6.6 kg), it does not have the volume (nor the heavier toting weight) of the other two. The speaker is about 12” x 12” x 16”, so not that bulky. For small to medium gatherings (on the porch, in medium sized rooms, or in the backyard) it will be more than adequate. It delivers room filling volume, in a 14 pound easily toted case, with a very comfortable molded carry handle on the top. There is a bottom mounted pole mount, should your venue need the elevation. The higher notes are played out through a horn tweeter, giving the clarity that Klipsch made its reputation on. With a single 5.25” bass speaker in the Vegas model, you will not fill the room as well as the other, multi-woofer speakers in the Music City lineup, but is still a generous sounding speaker. Via the app, you can pair two speakers for stereo output, or chain them to have the same output from multiple speakers from several rooms or directions along the perimeter of a large room. After a week of use, I find it a great sounding speaker, versatile and portable. I would be hesitant to loan it to a friend who was not tech facile or persistent, given the issues I experienced with the initial set up and Bluetooth connection. Once paired, I would be hesitant to switch to a different music source, fearing the three days of trying that it took me to achieve a durable connection and clear output of music. Anyone around sports in any way knows how important it is to get teams hyped up before game-time. For my adult league hockey team, and for my daughter's hockey team that I'm a coach on, our music has been playing out of a phone speaker. While better than nothing, that gives a hype level of 2 out of 10. As much time as is spent in a hockey locker room with all the gear that has to be put on, that's not good enough. So when I got a chance to get this Klipsch party speaker, I jumped on it immediately specifically for this reason. While the Vegas model is the smallest in their Music City Speaker series, it's actually perfect for what I want and need it for. Going for one of the bigger models would have been overkill. This Vegas speaker fills a locker room perfectly. It's more than loud enough with perfectly clear vocals while giving plenty of thumping bass needed to get players hyped up. It's obviously not going to be as loud as the bigger speakers, and won't rattle the walls with bass as much as them either, but it also comes in a smaller package that's easier to carry around and at a much lower cost. It's a perfect compromise without really compromising much since the sound actually is quite good. At around 14 pounds and the built-in grab handle, it's easy to move around versus the bigger speakers that are so heavy they need trolley wheels. There's a lot more to it though that I honestly didn't expect. Like the fact that it comes with a mic, making it perfect for parties where people might need to make a speech or announcement. It also has an input for a guitar. Unfortunately I only have an acoustic guitar so I haven't been able to try it, but having this speaker with that ability makes me want to get an electric guitar now too. Another nice feature is that if you do need more sound, it has the ability to link with additional Klipsch speakers. The light modes obviously add to the party aspect, but it's nice that you can turn them off, or just keep the speaker lights on and turn off the side "klipsch" lights. The only negative thing I have is that I wish the speaker had a place to store the power cord. That is a very minor nit-pick though as the speaker is obviously made to be used cordless and the battery lasts for quite a while. In my case, I can easily take it to several hockey games and not need to plug it in. Overall, not only is this Vegas speaker perfect for me, I believe it's perfect for the way most people I know would use it. Unless you're trying to fill a large conference room, there's no need to go bigger. This speaker is the way to go for house parties, locker rooms, back yard bbq's, tailgating, campouts, and so much more.

Out of the box, the speaker delivers that classic Klipsch vibe. I really like the matte black finish, the front grills, and the metallic knobs. The branding is subtle, which I appreciate. I was initially worried about the size and portability of the speaker, and yes—it’s definitely on the larger side. But the design makes it surprisingly easy to carry, and it’s much lighter than it looks at about 17.6 lbs. You can even easily mount it on a speaker pole. The build quality is sturdy and feels ready for any party. With its IPX4 rating, a little rain or splashing won’t be an issue. The RGB lighting is also well done: it can be bright and energetic with multiple modes, or completely turned off if you prefer a cleaner look. For actual partying, this is the perfect size for a medium sized gathering—like the one I recently hosted on my back deck. The sound gets very loud, and depending on the source, stays impressively clear. The bass hits hard without getting too muddy, the mids come through nicely, and the treble adds clarity without harshness. Even at lower volumes, it maintains a pleasant, full presence. You can fine tune the audio with the bass and treble knobs. Connectivity is good with Bluetooth, AUX, microphone input, and even a guitar input. For digital content, there’s a USB A port that also doubles as a charging port. It really covers all the bases. While you can keep it plugged in, the battery easily lasts an entire evening—around 8–10 hours depending on volume and lighting. The companion app adds even more versatility with a virtual remote, full EQ, lighting controls, firmware updates, and more. You can also link multiple Klipsch speakers from the same line using Party Link or a 3.5mm AUX connection. Overall, this is an excellent option and a great value for gatherings of any kind—whether you’re throwing a full on party or hosting a relaxed dinner.

I really love my Klipsch Vegas Music City bluetooth party speaker. It is pretty much everything I need. Of course the bass isn't as powerful as the New York version, but honestly, I'll take the ease of portability of this speaker over any bonuses its heavier siblings have to offer. It's a more than acceptable tradeoff. I love how versatile this thing is. It's a party speaker, but it's also a quite capable karaoke machine when paired with a tablet and a karaoke app. You could also use it as an amp for impromptu musical performances in a pinch with jacks for mic and an instrument. I know it says guitar specifically, but it's handled both my synthesizer and electronic drum kit just fine. It's kinda cool especially with the drum kit because of the light effects. It sort of enhances the overall sensory experience for onlookers. I could totally see buskers using this. It's portable enough to take anywhere and the battery lasts long enough to perform for a long while between charges. I liked this speaker so much I bought a second one so I could pair them for stereo sound. My motivation for this was using them along with my video projector and retractible projector screen to have movie nights for neighborhood kids in my local park. They provide a wonderfully engaging experience and I've gotten so much positive feedback for the quality and portability of my setup. All in all, these things a just great! Built to last. Great sound. Great battery life. Superb veratility. Definitely worth the price I'd say. Whole heartedly recommend!

Pretty cool little Bluetooth speaker. In addition to being your typical party speaker, this thing can also serve as a karaoke machine or as the "emcee" speaker. From a sound perspective, very nice sound. Loud enough where you can keep the party going but not too louis where it'll be shaking the glasses or furniture. Has your standard aux In/out ports to hook up what you want,. There's also connections for a guitar and microphone as well so you can use this speaker either at the house party or on the street side busking. There is an Ultra bass mode that pumps up the deep notes if that's your thing. Up top there are controls for the micas well as playback controls for whatever you have hooked up to the speaker. Can't forget this also has pretty lights too (RGB) for the house parties. Pretty lights always are a good thing in my opinion. So if you're in the market for a multi-use party speaker, this should suit you nicely. Standard Bluetooth speaker, guitar amp, microphone,,,,plus the pretty lights.

The Klipsch Vegas is a compact party speaker that gets pretty loud for its size, produces great sound, but lacks deep bass. It is easy to carry and has easy-to-control settings with tactile buttons and knobs. *What’s included?* The speaker comes with an AC power cable and a microphone. *Quality of Build* This speaker is solidly built, has an ergonomic handle, and can be placed vertically or horizontally. I like that this speaker has physical knobs and buttons, iftfeels easier to control and adjust settings this way. There are four mic control knobs in the back that control mic volume, bass, treble, and echo. The light can also be controlled using a knob. The speaker comes with lights on both side logos and the in the front. The colors are fun and vibrant with a variety of colors. *Sound* The sound output from these speakers is rich, unmuddled, and crisp. The highs and mids are clean and really provide a high-fi sound. The downside is the bass is rather thin. Even with the bass on the max setting, there really isn’t much depth, punch, and no vibrations permeating the air like one expects from a party speaker. The mic that comes with it is just a wired generic mic, nothing special but it is great for a quick karaoke session and woks well. *App* The Klipsch Connect app did not work for me as it has been unable to find and connect with a speaker even though my phone is already connected to it via Bluetooth. I have tried several times to connect it but it just stays on the search screen every time. *Battery Life* The speaker can run connected through the AC power cable but can also be used wirelessly for up to 12 hours without the lights and 8 with the lights. I have used it for days and have yet to need a recharge, although without the app I can’t really tell how much juice it has left. *Conclusion* I would say these speakers are perfect for a party in a neighborhood or area where noise complaints are common, as it is usually the bass that carries out and causes problem. But for those who like that thump that vibrates through your walls and your body, it’s best to pass on this one. Overall though, the sound output is clean and rich, and the perception of bass is still there.

I always love to have one of these large Bluetooth speakers around. They are great for when you have parties, or if you just want some music while you’re working around the house, and they are great in the case of a power outage to be able to either have music on, and also charge devices from the internal battery if needed. There is a standard USB port on the back that will charge devices from the internal battery. Oud of the box, I was very impressed with this speaker. It feels like its built extremely well and has a great look to it. All of the controls are on the top. There are knobs for bass and treble as well as a mic level and a echo (reverb) level. There is a play pause and forward and previous track buttons as well. There are also some fun sound effect buttons like applause and an air horn that you can use as well. This does have a light shows built in around the speakers if you want to use it. There is a large dial for the light mode, or you can turn it off as well to save a lot of battery life. Then you have a large main volume dial as well. There is also a nice carrying handle which makes it very easy to move around. One thing I wish this had would be a built in AM/FM radio. I had one other speaker like this and it had that feature and it was really nice during power outages or severe weather to be able to hear the radio for any severe weather updates, or to just have it on in the background without having to connect it to your phone. It easily connects via Bluetooth, but there is also 2 ¼” jacks on the back as well as a mini jack as well. One of the ¼” jacks is labeled as a guitar input and has its own separate volume knob. The other is supposed to be for the microphone (which is included) As a guitar player, I definitely tried this out with my acoustic guitar. This will work very well for a one-man band or for a street performer with no electrical outlets together. Now let’s get into how this thing sounds. I have to say, I was absolutely blown away at how good this speaker sounds. All the highs, mids, and lows are all very well balanced. Its not overpowering or boomy, but it does put out some serious bass if you want it to. I never even turned the volume up over half way and it was extremely loud and not distorted at all. By far, one of the best, and loudest portable Bluetooth music systems I have ever heard! Music sounds amazing, I plugged in a Fender Acoustisonic guitar to it and that sounded amazing as well. Very crisp, yet full sound from the guitar. The echo/reverb is a nice touch as well especially for guitar and vocal performances. Overall, I can guarantee you won’t find a better sounding speaker for the price. This thing is amazing. If you play guitar or sing or are any kind of a street performer, this is a much have! If you are in the market for a portable music system, this is the one you want! Also, if you need even more power, there is also the Miami and New York versions which are larger and more powerful.

I absolutely love this Klipsch bluetooth party Speaker! I love the versatility this speaker provides. I have used this speaker at home and at work. One of the nice features that you will notice out of the box is that it comes with a microphone. As you start using your new speaker, you might want to download their Klipsch Connect Plus app, for enhanced functionality, but note that it is not necessary to control your speaker. One of the reasons why I got this speaker is because we have a pool at home and we regularly host parties. The speaker has done a wonderful job of blasting our music with high quality. Many of our guests have given us positive feedback on the quality of the music as it comes through. A nice feature of this speaker is that you are not tied down by a power cord. It has been great to move it around the yard as needed. The speaker comes with your traditional bass and treble buttons. As an added bonus it also comes with an Ultra Bass button! Since it is cordless, it does come with a power indicator to let you know when you need to recharge it. Recharging only took 3 hours for me. It is very easy to pair with your phone, even if you are not good with technology. You have a dial that allows you to cycle through the different light options. You can also control if the lights turn on the the front or the sides of the speaker or just simply turn them off. You can extend the life of the charge by switching off the lights. I have also used this speaker at work when I have to give informal presentations with a group of 40 to 50 people. It comes with an airhorn, record scratch and applause buttons. I used these buttons to get people's attention and my co-workers really enjoyed that. The speaker allowed me to project very easily to a room of about 50 people. Overall, I am extremely happy with the use of this Klipsch bluetooth speaker.

You can never go wrong with Klipsch! My home theater system is configured with Klipsch sound equipment (speakers, subwoofer) and the sound is fantastic. I expected nothing less from this portable Klipsch “party” Vegas speaker. I was not disappointed. I hadn’t played music from my iPhone in a while. The consequences of signing up for satellite radio. Once I got the iPhone connected, I couldn’t help but go through my playlist. Manfred Mann never sounded so good! The Klipsch Vegas speaker was very simple to setup and start using. First, retrieve it from the box. According to the internet, it weighs 17.6 lbs. Plug in the electric cord. Plug in the microphone and turn the speaker on. My voice over the speaker created a barking frenzy for the dog so I moved on to playing with the lights. Yes, the microphone was included (nice)! At this point I broke out the manual. Very easy to understand, mostly pictures. The app is required to do any light, bass, treble adjustments. Once the app was installed it was very easy to adjust the lighting. You can adjust the shade of the color you want, that was nice. Bass, treble and midrange can also be adjusted. Bluetooth connection with my iPhone connected easily. The Klipsch Vegas speaker includes an internal non replaceable battery. To charge the battery simply plug the speaker into an outlet. You can even charge you phone while the speaker is plugged in via the USB port included. Documentation says the battery will run for 6 - 8 hours with the lighting on, 12 hours with the lights off.

We got this to be used in a workshop. It's replacing an older/outdated speaker that wasn't working as well so pretty much anything was going to be an upgrade. I like the size and thought it was packaged nice and securely for shipping. This isn't a giant speaker and would be easy to take along with you or travel as needed. I wasn't looking for anything that would shake a whole building but this worked nicely with an existing set up that needed an upgrade. The size makes it easy to put wherever you have space and I like the little pop of color. I think this brand does a good job of providing quality built speakers and a price point that isn't outrageous for what you are getting. Set up was pretty easy and I'm impressed with the sound this size unit can produce. If you aren't looking for super expensive/top of the line or a specific brand, this is a really great option. It seems pretty durable and with the quality build I'm not nervous about traveling with this if needed. Hoping this speaker lasts as long as the last one.

Portable speakers are flooding the market in droves and all claim the same thing, portability and sound and ease of set up. This speaker is a powerhouse of both sound and portability and comes at the right time with the right pricing. Too many portable wireless speakers are expensive and too complicated to set up and add to your home eco system. This is a stand alone bluetooth portable party speaker that can easily connect to your phone or tablet to play music of home theater and syncs easily with bluetooth capability to set up easily. Music sounds excellent through this speaker and this is on the larger scale but still light enough to add to a backyard or even at the beach and hit the tunes with strong bass and easily adjustable controls to make this a welcome addition to summer outdoor equipment. Plus its rugged enough to brave the outdoor elements and has the volume to easily turn your outdoor party up to a level where you dont have to have any additional speakers and this can serve as the sole speaker to use.
