When it says “clearance”, I think it meant to say “used”. The packaging is worn and not fully sealed, and the U-lock itself is dirty with the lettering faded.

Returned this for the "New York Cinch" (chain) version which is a better lock/better value right now as it is on sale with an awesome discount (just slightly more than this lock). I gave this lock a 4, even though we did not use it.

I recommend this lock , it's strong and unaffected by rain.

Overall the item def works and itll do the job but with the way the packaging came it felt like the post office went offroading with it and let a chimpanzee tag team it mid eating session, but considering the discount on it, it may hav been lowered that much do to the usage, i will ask that if its already used or opened u specify the item is being discounted for that reason like all other electronics

These locks are heavy duty, and are great while on the go. I only wish it was a little wider and longer.

Lock is amazing and solid. But the holder can't handle the weight of it overtime, at least on my bike. I suggest investing in a separate holder or putting it in a panier or on the back rack. I found it to scratch my bike as well so be careful to protect surfaces on your bike that you would expect the lock to go through often.

I had a super security kryptonite lock, however that does not leave much space on the inside to lock anything. This is a great balance between security and ability to adapt to multiple locking points and requirements.

Item listing description is INCORRECT on Best Buy. The measurements in the description are larger than the actual item. It appears that Best Buy has mixed the specifications of two different Kryptonite locks. Attempts were made in the store to inform the staff, but it was apparent that there would likely be no followup.

This was my worst experience ever. First, item was delivered and just left on the sidewalk for someone to pick up and take it. Second, when received, it was the missing an entire pole. Total Nightmare. I returned what I had and went elsewhere to purchase the lock.

Great bike lock. I feel safe leaving my electric scooter locked up with this lock on it..i also love the key that lights up for when you might be in the dark.

does what you’d expect from a bike lock. feels well made but the attachment they give you to mount it onto your bike slips pretty and easy and can be difficult to work with

Do not get $30-$40 u locks. Get any u lock from this brand if u have a good value bike.

Comes with an insurance policy in case of theft and is worth it

After using it for about 3 months now, I have to say it’s a really good lock. It’s thick and sturdy and I feel like it will which stand a lot before it can be damaged.

Horrible..purchased New..was sent a used, bear up, missing pieces, just thrown in the box like trash. Now have to waste time to return since can't exchane since it is out of stock. Worst Buy strikes again.

Heavy-duty lock that I feel very comfortable locking up my e-bike with. My other Kryptonite lock on my other bike has held up amazingly for years.
