La Priest - Gene - VINYL LP

Fase Luna is the ocean-inspired, wobbly-pop filled third album, by La Priest, aka Sam Eastgate. Following 2020's GENE, named after a modular drum machine that Sam designed using 150 electrical circuits he'd built himself, Fase Luna strips things back to little more than Sam and his guitar nine sunshine-streaked tracks of pure bliss.Recording in Mexico and the rainforests of Costa Rica, Fase Luna draws inspiration from each area's mythical history and ancient connections to the ocean, drawing heavily on both to pack Fase Luna with stories of spirits and imaginations of life on the ocean bed. Raw and unfiltered, Fase Luna offers a one-way ticket to another world.1. On2. Silent3. It's You4. Misty5. Star6. Sail On7. Neon8. Ocean9. No More Album Tracks 1. on 2. Silent 3. It's You 4. Misty 5. Limited 180gm vinyl LP repressing of this 1978 album, released to coincide with the band's 40th Anniversary. Remastered to high definition 192kHz/24-bit audio for maximum fidelity, this album has never sounded so amazing and now vinyl collectors will get what they've been demanding. All posters, sleeve art, stickers, etc that appeared in the original LP have been faithfully reproduced for the KISS Army. Kiss's long-tongued leader rocked hard on his 1978 solo outing, while also dipping into funky disco, orchestrated pop, Beatles-esque songcraft and even a bit of Disney magic (When You Wish upon a Star). His impressively eclectic album soared to #22, partly on the strength of his only solo hit, 'Radioactive'. Guests include Rick Nielsen, Joe Perry, Donna Summer, Cher, Bob Seger, Janis Ian and others.
