I was so excited to see a fishing game for the Switch. I played a PC fishing game many years ago that I loved, and the thought of playing something similar on the go was awesome. However, within an hour my excitement dropped. Pros: There is fishing Controls are fine, but not great (but you can't use your Pro Controller) Local multiplayer. Physical copy, so I could sell it back the following day. Cons: Could not use the pro controller. Can't go anywhere on the lake. Just the same location where you can move a little bit one way or another. Controls - Like above...not good, but not bad Some small fish seemed to fight harder than large ones. Graphics are okay at best Environment is very static Weak presentation. Game just seems thrown together. I took this game back a day or two later, and took my losses trading it in. Might be one of the worst games I have played. The cons list doesn't seem that bad, but it just is a lazy made game, with very little to do, and just isn't fun.

Great game to kick back and relax with. Enjoy fishing without actually getting off the couch!

A very simple, but fun game. Feels a lot like something you’d find in an arcade. Good game for most ages, there are many small/incremental challenges so there’s always something new to do. Good, simple, fun. You can pick up and play form 5-10 minutes (most missions range from 3-5 each), or you can play for several hours trying to level up and earn new rewards to make your equipment better.

I love this fishing game..its graphics are so real-life , gameplay is enjoyable and fun.its has many levels that are not hard..and fishing many types if fish is super cool..i enjoy it very much.

A little challenging to figure out at first but fun.

This game has been for for all age groups in our home from 8 year olds to grandparents. It does get repetitive but has a lot to offer. This is not a game that could be played for hours as it would get old. It has been fun to watch the grandparents give it a whirl, they seemed to enjoy the family time with the kids.

Kids love it ! Great for beginners. Easy to use and very entertaining

It’s not obviously the real deal ha but yet still very fun to play. Great for everyone of all ages and that traveling fisherman missing his day to catch. Sure to reel you in.

My son, 7, complained that the controls were hard to use. I tried myself, 31, and they are a little difficult to use. Still super fun game though!

This game is pretty simple to understand and play and it can be a lot of fun. If you like fishing at all you should definitely pick this game up.

Picked this up for my son who is just learning to fish. He loves playing the Switch, and really enjoys the game. Very basic but very fun.

Six year old nephew has a hard time with this game, actually stopped playing it. I found it ok, but I purchased it for him.

I bought this game for my son's 10th birthday. He loves to fish when it's nice outside. When he has to stay inside this is his go to game. He likes that it has different fish in it. He said he wishes you could change from salt water fishing to fresh water though.

This game is difficult to play. Hard for younger kids to cast.

For a switch game, I think Nintendo needed to make this and most of their games Kid Friendly. Overall its Good, but I put it on for kids and they got bored when they played it after a short while. The game has too much going on with the buttons. I would recommend it to an. Adult thats into fishing, but not kids because they will get bored easy, so save your money if that’s the case.

Had a fishing game for the Wii u. This one is comparable. If you're into fishing, you'll probably like it.
