Best Laptop - Excellent Performance and Value
I purchased the Lenovo Flex 5i 14" FHD Touchscreen 2-in-1 laptop for my middle schooler, including Geek Squad protection that covers accidental drops—perfect for kids taking their laptops to school. I opted for the Intel Core processors running on Windows OS over a Chromebook due to their superior longevity, performance, and features. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the purchase. After buying the laptop, I noticed the price dropped as it was featured as the Deal of the Day. I quickly contacted customer service via chat and successfully received a price match for both the laptop and the Geek Squad extended warranty. Pros: Full HD+ IPS Touchscreen: The 14" Full HD+ IPS touch screen offers excellent color accuracy, wide viewing angles, and high image quality. The resolution is 1920 x 1200, with a 60 Hz refresh rate and 300 nits brightness, making it a stunning display. Screen Size and Dimensions: The compact 14" screen makes the laptop highly portable, ideal for children. Weighing just 3.42 pounds with dimensions of 0.7 x 12.32 x 8.85 inches, it’s easy for my son to carry around, and he loves it. 2-in-1 Design: The versatile 2-in-1 design is a great feature. Lenovo has ensured that the laptop is well-equipped and durable, minimizing concerns about hinge damage, making it a worthwhile investment. Processor: Equipped with an Intel 12th Generation Core i3 processor running at 1.2 GHz, it delivers solid performance. Storage: The 256 GB SSD provides ample space for storage. It’s sufficient for most users' needs, including browsing, school work, and personal use, unless you’re dealing with large video files or extensive applications. I’m very satisfied with this purchase and highly recommend this laptop for anyone seeking a high-performing device at an exceptional value.

pros Great everyday performance it handles basic tasks like web browsing, streaming, working in Google Docs, and light multitasking really well. it runs quietly, doesn't heat up much, and is easy to carry around The touchscreen is responsive and works great for flipping it into tablet or tent mode Cons not built for gaming or heavy editing. The screen is sharp and colorful indoors, but the brightness could be better outdoors or in bright rooms. it would’ve been nice to have a backlight for working at night. For the price point, especially under $500, it's definitely worth considering

I'm really satisfied with this laptop. Takes hours to die and charges quickly. I mainly use it for my classes in college and i love it. I also like that it is a 2 in one, and that i can use it like a tablet sometimes.

I really like this laptop. It does everything I need with no problems. I do taxes every year for family members and also take classes online for my job. I haven't had any problems doing these task. I love watching YouTube and streaming movies and so far so good. I can't find anything to not like about for my needs. I would definitely recommend it.

I love this thing a lot, I use it all of the time for school. I typically charge it every couple of days and it lasts just fine. I use it for writing, spreadsheets, and word docs. I also typically have upwards of 8 tabs open at all times while working and it just keeps going. I even use cad and solid works on it. Love it to death

I love this laptop! It's slim, and lightweight. It's very fast. I think the picture on it is great. The touchscreen also works very well. The only thing is i wish the speakers were a little louder... but the sound is still average for a laptop. Battery life is astounding! Great value!

I came into Best Buy to get my Chromebook service. I see what was going on, but unfortunately, the warranty had went out the month before I came in but one of your representative Markel. Went above and beyond to help me to actually get a new laptop and an account and everything I needed to work on my business and do other things as well so this is going to be my permanent Best Buy store instead of the one on Lavista Road. Thank you so much for having an employee like her.

Everything is almost perfect. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the fan is always running and it’s a but loud but I guess that’s a fault of Lenovo and not Best Buy.

This would work against the system trying to get cool air in and push the hot air out. Also, we recommend applying required and optional updates in Windows update settings to help ensure you are running the latest software. Absolutely love this laptop. I don’t really use the tablet function - but it’s nice to have for sure. It’s a bit heavy but I don’t travel with it. 10/10 I recommended it to my mom and she bought one as well!
