So glad I made this purchase. I was a bit worried due to not purchasing a new computer since 2019 but the salesperson at best buy helped me decide which one would be best for me. He answered all my questions and never made me feel silly. It works great for all the work i do daily and even comes with a built-in camera cover. It has super-fast speeds and never fails me. I would buy this computer 1,000 times over. Now that i've found this brand I'll never look for another.

The product was a great investment. Easy to transport and has long battery life. Able to use for different purposes. Best thing, I was able to purchase it at a discount! Would highly recommend!

Really like my new idea pad, took me awhile to figure out that I needed to sign into Microsoft to access the computer. I use it at my home for personal use. Still learning to maneuver around. Works well with my printer that I use.

I bought this laptop and really like it BUT it's not a touch screen, My mistake that after 3 previous touch screen abled laptops that I cannot get use to not having it. I am going to try to return it,

My old laptop was needing replaced, badly!! I wanted somethign that Id be able to ise fkr my crafts and be semi user friendly at the same time! This laptop does everything that I needed plus stuff that I didnt even know I needed! It has plenty of storage, the battery life is soo much better than my old!! It connects to my phone, so that makes things easier considering I lose that half the time!!

Great performance so far. Battery life acceptable I have many zoom meetings and that drains the battery anyway but so far so good. Great image and sound system. Very light weight, I already traveled with it and is very portable.

Alots of storage. runs smoothly. Makes sims4 look amazing and editing on it doesn't lag. Will be using it for college. Not a touchscreen or have the finger print lock. It does talk about it but it doesn't do it. Good laptop.

All you need for daily normal computer use. Running MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT, etc), browsing internet, streaming video especially YouTube, driving a printer. We don't do gaming so I cannot comment on that but have been led to believe you need faster chips and more memory if that is your goal. This thing boots up from a cold start to being fully usable in well under 1 minute. It spoiled me, because the 6 year old computer it replaced took FOREVER to boot and load - this one is a speed demon. In fact, it is the second one we bought - I originally got the same model in December, with touch screen and a larger Hard Drive, but otherwise the same. When my wife needed a new laptop, it was a no-brainer - we just got an almost exact copy of the first one. We use it for MS Office apps, and to do speaking presentations where we link to an LCD projector and show PPT slides. It has the HTMI port for that. Slight downside - it only has 2 USB ports - which is standard these days and you can plug in a multi USB port if you need more. Definitely would get another one. Best performance for the relatively low price it cost.

So far so good, this laptop performs well, great display, great weight for the size. I wish it came with the backlight feature on the keyboard, otherwise, I would recommend it.

This laptop is perfect for what I need. It runs smoothly, is easy to use, and handles everything I use it for without any issues. The size and performance are great, and overall I’m really happy with it.

I have had this laptop for about a month now. It has been everything that I needed in a device; the size is perfect for my tasks and runs wonderfully. My only current criticism is that I am not a big fan of the ten key calculator placement on the keyboard. As I am keying and need to press the backspace, I often catch the Num Lock instead.

I needed a laptop for school, couldn't afford a mac or any $1000 computer. Needed it to be a Windows os to run it's version of Excel. Every budget computer I tested was cheap, but so SLOW!! Frustrating to have to wait on a slow computer. Got this one on sale, but would still be worth it's regular price. I think it's a previous year model, but It's fast, will open multiple browser tabs and run excel without bogging. It's pretty sturdy and a great thing about it is, even though it comes with a charging cable, it has usbc and will charge with a usbc cable. I was able to dump carrying around it's own charger, and can just charge using usbc. I recommend this laptop for this price and speed. I'm not gaming or watching movies or editing videos or anything like that, so I can't comment on how it would handle those things. But if you just need a budget friendly windows laptop for school, this is a great pickup!

This laptop is worth it, the performance, portability and battery life are on point for this price.

While not super expensive this laptop has handled all that I have asked from it. Bought it to replace an old laptop and the difference in speed and technology is mind-boggling, I would recommend it.

Really good if you need a work/school laptop! I like that it is somewhat quick with installing applications and quite smooth breeze hardware. The disadvantages as to any Lenovo, the lenovo vantage doesn’t always want to update its BIOS so your stuck until you reach out to support.

Bought this laptop for my daughter for college. She is going to be an education major. Came highly recommended. It meets all the requirements for her college. We like that its light weight and portable. We got a great price for it.

Bought this to replace an old Lenovo that served us well. This new one is lighter, faster, all the things you want it to be. Plus, my daughter loves the full number key pad on the keyboard.

So far I'm absolutely delighted with my new computer. New owned a Lenovo product before but it measures up perfectly against my previous HP & Dell laptops. Fast and easy to use. Best Buy did a great job of transferring previous files and programs for me.
