I’ve been using the Lenovo LOQ 15 for a few weeks now, and I have to say, it completely exceeded my expectations. Right out of the box, the laptop feels solid and premium, with the Luna Grey finish giving it a sleek, modern look. Performance-wise, the 13th Gen Intel Core i5-13450HX paired with 16GB DDR5 RAM makes multitasking and gaming effortless. I’ve run multiple Chrome tabs, video editing software, and some AAA games at the same time without a hiccup. The NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5050 handles high settings beautifully, and G-SYNC ensures smooth, tear-free visuals. The 144Hz Full HD IPS display is vibrant, bright (300 nits), and perfect for both work and play. If I were to nitpick, I’d say it’s a bit heavy at 5 pounds, so it’s not the lightest for travel. Also, I wish the brightness was a little higher for outdoor use. But these are minor compared to its performance and value. Overall, the Lenovo LOQ 15 is a fantastic gaming laptop that balances power, display quality, and cooling, making it perfect for gamers, creators, or anyone needing a fast, reliable laptop. Highly recommended.

Computers have come such a long way. This computer has been no slouch when it comes to gaming. Plays Red Dead 2 flawlessly. Fans don't get very loud, but it sure blows out some heat due to all the processing and video power. The only minor complaints I have is battery life, which isn't a deal breaker on a gaming laptop. And the size is a little bit cumbersome in terms of backpack abilities. But other than those few gripes, I'm quite impressed, bottom line, for the price, you can't beat what you're getting. Upgraded to a 2tb SSD, next up will be 32gb of ram, but the 16gb that it came with seems to handle gaming just fine. Great value, would definitely recommend.

I grabbed this Lenovo LOQ on a pre-Black Friday deal, and it’s easily one of the best value gaming laptops I’ve seen. If you want a machine that punches way above its weight class without spending a fortune, this is a winner. The Performance: The NVIDIA RTX 5050 is a beast for 1080p gaming and handles video editing or light 3D work with no problem. Everything feels super snappy thanks to the 16GB of DDR5-4800 RAM and the 512GB PCIe Gen 4 SSD, which makes loading screens a thing of the past. The Surprise Feature: Most gaming laptops have a blurry 720p camera, but this one has a 5MP (1440p) webcam. It’s way clearer than standard 1080p cams—perfect for Discord or work calls. The Build: It’s a bit thick/bulky, but it feels well-made and has a great variety of ports for all your gear. It's definitely a solid "desktop replacement" for someone on a budget. Quick Summary Pros: • Excellent GPU Power: RTX 5050 handles modern games and creative tasks with ease. • Fast Memory/Storage: DDR5 RAM and Gen 4 SSD mean no lagging or long wait times. • Crystal Clear Webcam: The 5MP sensor is a huge upgrade over the competition. • Sturdy Build: Feels durable and higher quality than other budget laptops. Cons: • Short Battery Life: You’ll definitely want to keep the charger handy. • Screen Brightness: Not the brightest display; best used in indoor settings. • Portability: A bit on the thick/heavy side. I hope this review will help you make a wise decision based on your needs.

No lag issues unless low battery or poor internet connection. It is a bit heavy and it gets a little warm. Nothing a cooling pad can't adjust. It charges decently fast and you can use it while its charging. The speakers have directional sound so its immersive. Over all good computer.

I’m extremely happy with this Lenovo LOQ 15.6” gaming laptop. The Intel Core i5-13450HX paired with the RTX 5050 delivers excellent performance for both gaming and everyday use. Games run smooth at high settings, and multitasking is fast with the 16GB of RAM. The Full HD display looks sharp and vibrant, making gaming and streaming really enjoyable. Build quality feels solid, the keyboard is comfortable, and the cooling does a great job keeping temperatures under control during long gaming sessions. Boot times are super fast thanks to the 512GB SSD, and overall the laptop feels responsive and powerful. For the price, this is one of the best gaming laptops you can get. Highly recommend for anyone looking for strong performance, reliability, and great value.

I purchased this Lenovo LOQ 15 as a value-focused gaming and work laptop, and I’ve been extremely happy with it so far. Out of the box, the performance was solid for 1080p gaming and everyday productivity, but what really makes this laptop stand out is how upgrade-friendly it is. I upgraded the system with additional components that I also purchased from Best Buy, including a 32GB DDR5 RAM kit and a Samsung 990 PRO 1TB NVMe SSD. The upgrade process was straightforward, and the laptop clearly was designed with expandability in mind. After the upgrades, the system feels like a much higher-tier machine than its price suggests. With the Intel i5-13450HX and RTX 5050, games run smoothly at 1080p, and the extra RAM and fast SSD make a noticeable difference in load times, multitasking, and overall responsiveness. I’m running demanding titles like Cities Skylines II and other modern games without issues, and the 144Hz display is a great match for this hardware. Thermals have been good, build quality feels solid for the price, and Lenovo Vantage makes it easy to switch into performance mode when gaming. For anyone looking for a gaming laptop that offers strong performance out of the box and the flexibility to upgrade later, this is an excellent choice. Overall, this feels like a premium setup after upgrades, especially considering the price I paid during a Best Buy sale. Highly recommended for gamers or power users who want performance, value, and upgradability in one package.

This is definitely what I was looking for as a gaming busy mom of two. (It’s hard to sit at a desktop comfortably with little ones climbing on you to see lol) But I love it! I was in need of a gaming laptop that I could load all of The Sims 4 and WoW (both with all the expansions and mods). Both games run flawlessly! I’ve had it for about a month and frequently game; especially one weekends. No overheating, no graphic issues! Definitely a must have!!

Works just as intended and is great value for its price. Struggles with battery but if it is used as a desktop, that would be the last concern. Also quite heavy.

I'm very happy with this laptop. The performance is fast and smooth, and it handles daily tasks and multitasking easily. The screen looks great, the design is clean, and the battery life is good for everyday use. Overall, it's an excellent value for the price and I highly recommend .

Honestly, I was looking for a budget gaming laptop that wasn't embarrassing to take to a coffee shop, and the LOQ absolutely nails it. The price to performance is crazy, you get a RTX 5050 (better than the desktop version) and an intel 13th generation CPU. It chews through pretty much every game I throw at it at 1080p. I'm hitting high/ultra settings in Cyberpunk, Call of Duty, and still getting very playable frame rates. The keyboard is great aswell, the keys feel clicky and responsive, and having the full numpad is a lifesaver for work and school stuff, your hands don’t get sweaty from gaming. It is also very easy to upgrade, you can upgrade the SSD and RAM very easily. I recently got this laptop on Black Friday for $649, and I haven’t regretted it since.

You do get what you pay for, I would rate this a 3.5. I was a tad disappointed that the backlit keys are only plain Jane white - no RGB. Also, only having 512 GB SSD made additional storage a MUST purchase. Lastly, the battery... its absolutely terrible. I need to contact either geek squad or Lenovo to see if this is a potential warranty claim. I work remotely from this laptop so can't afford to part with it for a service call. Nicknamed it the "Mullet" because it looks business on the outside but it's gamer on the inside haha.

Definitely one of the best entry laptops Ive had, runs my classwork and light to medium gaming super well and i love the ports on the back only thing I dilike was low batery life and steep price, but for what it can do it makes sense on both things.

I will say this is by far the best laptop ive ever bought ( I work in the IT field). I went ahead and got several other products with this laptop to increase from 16 gigs of ram to 32 gigs of ram and added another 1 tb nvme ssd. THis laptop is a beast. Im able to play cyberpunk 2077 easy on 2k, just finished dying light the beast in 2k also. Its the perfect balence between value and power in a gaming laptop!

Great build quality and feel, and honestly runs anything I throw at it pretty well, its a bit heavy but thats to be expected.

Great Laptop that performs better than advertised! Heavily recommend. Can easily run high titles with RAM to spare and can be upgraded if 16 GIGS isn't enough! There is the ability to upgrade both RAM and storage which is great for a laptop at this price point and can easily last until the AI bubble bursts. If you wanna save some money until the AI bubble bursts and something that can last you years. Buy this!

I loved the machine, all in good condition, the speed is awesome, the box was great, my only regret is not buying it brand new. It had some missing drivers but I already installed all of them, the lap top is working perfectly.

The specs are amazing for the price, which is also supported by that it had probably the best build quality among the similarly placed laptops of other brands. Only thing that may be not the best is not the biggest ssd size, but that could be upgraded, though with current ssd prices may be not as cheap as it was before. But its still very worth the price

This computer is good enough to run low end games but do not expect to run AAA titles with any sort of functions and honestly if you are a parent then dont bother getting this for your kid if it's for video games cause I garrentee they will not be able to play all of thier games

The Lenovo LOQ 5050 is super reliable and great for gaming. I have had it for 2 months almost now, and it runs every game great. No problems what so ever, the display is 144 hz and It is super fast.
